uperb," the college director, Mr. Morioka, said from behind his desk. "But it lack one thing."

Tadase froze, "What could I have possibly forgotten?"

"It has no feeling in it," Mr. Morioka said, with a small smile.

"Um…" Tadase didn't know what to say. "I'm afraid I don't know what you mean."

"When I look at this," Mr. Morioka said, lifting up Tadase's file. "I see a brilliant boy, who has endless possibilities for the future, but I don't see who this brilliant boy is."

"Who I am…"

"Yes, who you are, what made you that way, and most of all, your dreams of what you could be."

Tadase looked down to the carpet and smiled.

"I think I may have an impossible dream."

"That's the best kind! Go on, son."
