Squeezy Toys
Once Upon A Time, In A Magical World,
There lived a blond and cute dead girl.
Her name was Lenore; she wasn't really alive
But she woke up in the morgue, after she died.
She makes many friends; they've all had bad falls
Especially that cursed vampire doll.
One day, Lenore was inside a mall,
She saw a boy with a toy that ended 'em all.
When you squeezed it, it's eyes popped-
What fun for Lenore!
But instead of the toy shop, she found the pet store.
As she walked inside, she liked what she saw
Bunnies and doggies with colors of all!
But she passed right by them
And asked the clerk for
That thing that you play with
That you find in this store.
He pointed her right to the Hamster bin,
She grinned and she looked, seeing within
Cute little hamsters! Who thought this would disguise
Fun little toys who can pop out their eyes!
So she picked one up, squeezed til it was thin,
And sighed as the eyes popped-but didn't go back in.
So she tried another. And another again.
But sadly, these toys were all broken.
She moped as she said good-bye to the clerk boy,
Saddened that she couldn't have her toy.
He waved and said, "Have a good day!"
But when he saw his dead hamsters,
His lunch came up right away.
