AUTHORS NOTE: Alright so this is my first attempt at a Air Gear fan fiction. Characters may be OC and this also may bore you to tears. I would love some reviews with CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM or reviews at all would be nice. NO FLAMES please. Rated T for language.

Disclaimer: I don't own Air Gear... I just wish I did. I also don't own Agito/Akito...

'Akito...'

"What?" Akito sniffed, "Are you going to yell at me too?"

'I should because your being totally stupid but... No.'

Akito bit his lip as he looked down. "I hate this."

'I know. Fuck. I'm such a failure.'

"That's not it!" Akito cried. "Now your being stupid."

'I'm being stupid!? Then you tell me why you want to do this!'

Akito couldn't hold back the tears anymore. "You said you weren't going to yell at me!" he sobbed.

'....'

"Agito?"

'I'm fucking sorry ok!? DUMBASS!'

Akito's chest hurt he rubbed his eyes and watched from his perch as the sun began to come up over the horizon. He pulled his knees up and rested his chin on them, his arms hung limp at his sides his overlong sleeves hanging over the edge of the building and occassionally shifting as the wind tugged at them as if trying carry him away. Akito wondered if it would be worth it. Just to jump off and be able to fly like a bird just for a few seconds before his life ended on the ground below.

'Don't do it.'

"I want to fly." Akito whispered.

'That isn't flying moron.'

"Then what is it?"

'Falling.'

Akito wanted to cry again. "Then what do I do?"

'You get away from the fucking edge that's what you do for starters!'

Agito was sounding alot more hostile then usual. Akito let his legs hang down again wiping his eyes with his sleeves. "Agito? Will I ever be able to fly again? Nii-san will be really mad if I can't."

'That doesn't matter. I'll take care of that for you. Besides what he wants you to do isn't flying.'

Akito smiled sadly, "So I won't fly?"

'Akito one day you will I promise. You'll fly just like a bird."

"Really?"

'Yes.'

Akito stood up moving away from the edge of the building then. His smile turned genuine, "And you and I will fly together right?"

'No. Because when that day comes you won't need me anymore.'

Akito's smile disapeared. "But I'll always need you Agito!"

'Fuck.'

"Agito! You can never leave! I won't let you!" Akito said forcfully. "We will fly together!"

'Sharks don't fly.'

"What is that supposed to mean?" Akito asked confused.

'Nothing just forget it.'

Akito wasn't sure what to say at that. Was flying worth Agito leaving forever? He started for the stairs.

'The shark will drown in a pool of blood never to see the sky again.' Agito thought to himself making sure Akito couldn't hear him.
