Summary: Sequel to Big Trouble in China. Ocean Bluffs is being terrorized by a unknown entity. Leaving the Power Rangers to figure out what it is.
It is getting close to Halloween in Ocean Bluffs. Everyone has their decorations set up or in the process of getting set up for the city wide trick or treat. For the Rangers at the Jungle Karma Pizza restaurant, it is the latter. Dominic is on top of a step ladder, with Casey holding it.
"Careful Dom." Casey warned. "You don't want to fall and break your neck."
"I'm fine. I almost got it..." Dom said as he finally placed the final end of the 'Happy Halloween' banner up. At that moment, he fell off the ladder and landed into the pile of pumpkins that RJ set up.
"You okay Dom?" Casey asked.
"Yeah but RJ's pumpkins aren't."

Esther walked off the jetway in Ocean Bluffs International Airport. After getting her gear through security, with the help of her badge, she left the airport and took a cab to her hotel. She has received a new case in the city. To track down Yin, who was seen at the airport. She's going to bring Yin in this time. She knows it.

Dai Shi and the four Phantom Beast Generals met Yin. Who arrived inside Dai Shi's palace a moment ago.
"You expect me to help you destroy the Power Rangers, after what you did back in August?" Dai Shi asked.
"Yes I want to avenge my brother." Yin replied.
"Alright, but you face me after you've defeated the Power Rangers. Give her the power of a mythological animal."
Whiger, Scorch and Snapper stood in a triangle formation. They gave her Phantom Power and the spirit of the Yellow Dragon, which made her look like a European dragon. Her armor is now black and yellow, with a bit of gold in it.
"We'll give you a minion to help gain even more power for your vengeance." Scorch said as they created a Chupacabra like monster.
"I'm Chupar! At your service!" the monster said.
"Go and destroy the Rangers!" Yin ordered.
"Yes ma'am!" Chupar then left out the door.

Esther made it to the hotel, when Chupar attacked. Causing the people of the city to run away in fear. Esther saw this and decided to confront the beast.
"RANGERS! COME OUT, COME OUT! WHEREVER YOU ARE!"
"Sorry but you'll have to deal with me." Esther said. She then unleashes a gold aura around her. Which is something she has never unveiled before to anyone.
"Spirit of the wildcat!" A golden wildcat appears and tackles Chupar. Then it claws hims a few times before vanishing.
"What was that!?" scared Chupar ran away. Just as the Rangers showed up and saw the entire one sided fight.
""Is she, a student of Pai Zhua?" Casey mutters to himself. The other four Rangers appear to be equally bewildered.
Author's Comment: It's not much, but I wanted to get the chapter up before Halloween. Unfortunately I was a day late. Oh well. Next chapter Yin will send Chupar out to fight the Rangers. Esther goes to the Pai Zhua academy to master the Crystal Eyes.
