Love Story

Annabeth

His eyes glimmer green like the sparkling seas,

And no matter how far from me he is,

I remember it all, his hair, his laugh,

I remember… I am his and, he's mine.

Regardless of the length of days, his smile

Forever holds me, I cannot let go.

His beautiful face won't fade from my mind,

When he is long gone, and missing, I'll say,

"My love for you is pure, and sweet, and true,

Where are you, seaweed brain? I will find you."

Percy

I fight to remember faintest details

Her eyes, a whirlwind, alight with ideas

Who am I? Who knows? All I know is her,

The only thing that remains in my thoughts,

They focus on her, the love of my life.

All my memories dissipate like smoke,

And I cling to that one picture, her face.

Her smile allures me from my memories.

I promise her, even as she's miles gone,

"My love for you will never fade, wise girl-

I will search the whole world till I find you!"
