Annabeth sighed for what felt like the tenth time that minute and sat down on her had gotten an invatation to a family reunion in London. The invitation was from her cousins and they were going to meet at a place called Speedy's sandwich
bar and cafe. Annabeth sighed once again, not knowing what to do. She didn't want to go at all, but her dad wanted her to go. Bobby and Mathew wanted her to go as well.
"What's with the face, Wise Girl?" She heard Percy ask.
"I got an invitation to a family reunion in London," she replied. Percy sat down beside her.
"You should go."
"But they all suck. They know I'm a demigod, and they seem to find that annoying. I don't see what they have to worry about. The monsters can't really hurt them anyways."
"Yeah, some mortals suck."
Annabeth smiled and leaned into Percy, glad he was there.
"You should go though," Percy said. "Can you bring anyone?"
"Yeah, I can bring at most five people. It says in the invatation that they called the owners and told them or something. I can't really read it."
"Oooh, can you bring me?"
"Of course, seaweed brain. How about this. You can bring two people and I can bring two."
"M'kay! I know who I'll bring. Alex and Magnus."
"They're already gonna be there; Magnus is a Chase too, and of course he'll bring Alex." Annabeth drank from her water bottle beside her.
"Oh. Then I'll bring Thor and Loki." Annabeth almost spit out her drink.
"WHAT?" She shrieked.
"Is that not okay?"
"No, it's okay, but Loki will definitely do something weird and mess everything up."
"True, But I can bring them, right?"
"Fine. I'm bringing our parents. On the godly side."
"Okay!" Percy ran off, probably to IM Thor and Loki about it. Annabeth laughed and shook her head.
"What have I done?" she mused.
