The Duel of Souls
Made Collectively by Kirby and Black Mage
Roy's POV: I was breathing heavily. My red armor had many gashes and slash marks. Bowser in the Emblem Temple had taken prisoner Marth off deeper inside. I was stuck dueling my way through a giant swarm of giant Donkey Kongs. They were easy at first, but the emblem dragon granted them claws, which made it just a little bit tougher. There was one left before I could break my way into where Marth was being held. We had made our way here when the people of our country caught a terrible plague. For some reason, we were immune to it, so we were going to go ask the Emblem Dragon for a cure. When we got here, we got a few surprises. Donkey Kong and Bowser had summoned the dragon, and gotten many, many wishes. And that's basically about it, unless you want the bloody, gory details, which I think you don't want to hear. While I was dueling with most of the DK's, Marth got caught. I tried to get through to him, but The DK's made a barrier, so I started fighting my way through. On most of the DK's backs, there was a symbol, which was their weakness. But not this one. I noticed that when he hurled me over his shoulder and into the wall. A made as many slashes as possible, but most missed since he was guarding. Then I thought. If he's so heavy, he must have way to much weight to hold up, so his ankles must be his weak point! I made a slice, and he crumbled before me. I rushed to where Marth was being held, and opened the door.
Marth's POV: How could Bowser do this? He took over OUR temple! I was fighting a long hard battle against Bowser, after he captured me. It really wasn't that hard. Except for the fact that the Emblem granted him immortality. But I can handle that. Immortality is no big at all. I've taken down "Immortals" before. They ALWAYS have a weakness. It was a nice, little duel with Bowser. A slash here, a stab there, a flip there, a slam into a wall and get badly damaged over there, but nothing much. It was easy. I found his weak point in a snap. I strategically placed my sword inside the giant turtles back, and stabbed his vital point. He crumbled and fell, not so gracefully, might I say. (Roy's POV: the stabbity part was about where I came in. I can tell you the true story. Bowser had slung Marth over his shoulder, and Marth stabbed his sword down for some traction, and luckily got underneath Bowser's shell, stabbing a vital point)
It's only short 'cause I wanna go play a video games. Please direct all flames at me, 'cause BM here's a rookie, k? the meaning of the title will come out soon. Anyone who's been to Zelda domain, if you can find who this is part of, (in the siggy) you'll get your own at least 500 word POV for at least 1 chapter. It'll get longer. It was short cause I was sleepy, and I ran out of caffeine T.T Byez! From Kirby
The part: I never thought that I would learn to cry. but being held in your arms taught me more than I ever wanted to know
