Author's note: Here's a little dribble-drabble I thought of. It's just a tiny little thing. Hope you enjoy!

Strange Kind of Angelic Battle
"They took us and kept us asleep." Dean said, biting into a piece of pie. "Why?"
"It wasn't originally supposed to be that way," Castiel said. "You weren't supposed to get involved, but the others wanted to ante up the stakes."
"So they decided to kidnap me and Sam while you have your...battle?" Dean finished his pie and went for a beer. "I thought all your fighting took place in Heaven."
Castiel looked away, not wanting to give any details out, but Sam and Dean were involved, even if they were having sweet dreams. "It took place on Earth, but there were no human casualties and angel casualties were minor on both sides."
Dean stared at him, "what kind of battle was this?"
"Our objective was to retrieve you and your brother and we succeeded and I bought you your favorite pie." Castiel said, trying to avoid answering the question.
"And for that I thank you, but you never answered the question, Cass. What kind of battle was this that we were needed?"
Castiel felt his cheeks reddening and it was perplexing to him why he was blushing. He was an angel. He didn't blush. He knew Dean wouldn't give up until he had his answer, so he sighed and replied, "A Snowball battle. My forces won. The others are licking their wounded pride."
Dean choked on his beer and coughed. Angels having snowball fights. That was new. He went to say something but Castiel left. Dean sat there, trying to process this. Him and his brother was held prisoner in a "capture the flag" kind of Angelic Snowball fight. That was a strange kind of angelic battle.
Fin.
A/N: Just something I had thought of last night and decided to write it. Not the best story out there. Hope you enjoyed it.
