" Come on Ron, it won't be that bad, I promise it'll be a fun time. Please?" Ron's bushy haired girlfriend batted her eyelashes at him. " Plus-" She continued, seeing his skepticism, " You'll get to see me in a swimming costume." She winked teasingly for impact.

"Fine." He said in defeat, if his girlfriend would be showing any skin at all he damn well was going to be there. " But I'm not going on one of these whir-whats-its."

Hermione rolled her eyes at him," Oh honestly Ronald, you've faced Voldemort, there's nothing to fear at a water park. And they're called whirlpools."

"Yeah mate," said Harry, finally interjecting into their conversation, Water parks are a laugh, you'll enjoy yourself." He had taken Ginny a few days ago and they had had a quite a lovely time.

"Easy for you to say," Ron mumbled, " You've done everything." And at this, both Harry and Hermione broke into laughter.

" I'm coming, I'm coming, keep your knickers on!" Ron shouted while thumping down the stairs.

He froze at the bottom stair when his eyes caught sight of Hermione. She had her hands on her hips in a slightly irritated fashion and was clad in a low cut, dark green, one piece that showed off her figure nicely. Her look of irritation melted into a smile upon seeing her freckly beloved boyfriend scanning her appearance with his mouth ajar.

" Are we apparating then?" he asked when he collected his thoughts.

Her answer was to move next to him and take his hand in hers. With a loud pop they were gone.

It was their turn in the queue to buy tickets. The small, purple haired girl behind the booth was eying a shirtless Ron with interest through the window. " Is there anything I can get for you sir? Anything." She asked, not trying to be subtle. Hermione bought their passes, ignoring the girl and gave Ron a peck on the lips before heading off, to show the girl that he was definitely not interested.

The place she took him was to the slides. They went down together in a two-person tube and she was with him when he screamed, " Fuck!" at the drop. They held onto each other when it came to the dark tunnel and ended up in the hot tub an hour later.

" So you had fun then?" Hermione asked, leaning into him on the underwater hot tub bench.

" It was amazing, Mione, it felt incredible to be so close to you today. Now I know why muggles always look so happy in those brochure things. "

" Told you so." She said pointedly, giggling. " Oh you did, did you?" He asked with an eyebrow raised before splashing her.

They splashed and played and laughed together until it was time to go back to the burrow.

" I love you Hermione."

She smiled at him and leaned in as he wrapped his arms around her, giving him a tender kiss. And with a pop they were on there way home.
