Rated T: for language and some possible necking, just to be safe.

It was one Saturday when everyone managed to be home, no cases, no out of town consults, no emergencies. And JJ's four 'men' were taking full advantage of a snowstorm earlier in the week to build snow forts in the back yard. Aaron and Jack were working on one that looked like little more than a wall while Spencer and Henry were building a four walled fort to protect them in the upcoming snowball fight. Inside JJ smiled as she watched them work, wishing that her cold had run its course so she could join them, wishing that Will was there to build the fort with Henry and Spencer...

But Will had died over four years ago when three heavily armed students charged into the college classroom where he was teaching Introduction to Law Enforcement, shooting him immediately. Two of the three were students of his who knew the former New Orleans detective was always armed. Unfortunately for them, one of the older students in the back of the room was a National Champion ranked shooter with both revolver and rifle and SHE never went anywhere unarmed after losing her father in a restaurant shooting. Two of the three shooters were dead before Will even hit the floor and the third soon followed. No one else was even injured but JJ still mourned the loss of Henry's father. Aaron and Spencer understood and loved her even more.

Forts finished, the 'men' turned their attention to ammo, piling up snowballs. Then the fight began. JJ had to laugh as snowballs went everywhere but where they were supposed to. Spencer's aim with a snowball wasn't even as good as his aim with a Glock while Aaron's was even worse and the two boys were still uncoordinated enough to miss everything. Eventually the snowballs ran out and Aaron shooed everyone inside to warm up. JJ had the hot chocolate waiting and the washer and dryer ready for their snowy clothes as the four stripped down, then pulled on warm sweatsuits before trooping into the living room with their cups.

"Okay, guys, what movie do you want?"Spencer asked as he opened the cabinet.

"Minions!" Jack and Henry yelled, making Aaron laugh as he dropped down on the couch, Jack immediately curling up beside him as Spencer put the movie in. JJ and Henry took the other end of the couch while Spencer sat in the middle, the boys abandoning their parents for Spencer.

"What is it with boys and villians?" JJ wondered and Aaron laughed again.

"I'm just glad they're too young for the Terminator films," he confessed and Spencer laughed, nodding as he cuddled the boys close. JJ and Aaron smiled at each other over the three 'boys' heads, content to just enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

After the movie, Jakc and Henry played with their toys while the adults cuddled on the couch, Spencer against Aaron's shoulder, JJ's head agaisnt Spencer's hip as he stroked her long hair, Aaron's arm around his waist, his hand stroking his stomach. Tenderly the two men kissed, making the boys cringe and go "Ew, kisses!"

JJ had to laugh. "Give it about ten years and you won't think that," she told them as Spencer hid his pink face in Aaron's chest. Aaron just grinned and kissed the top of Spencer's head. Yeah, it was a good Saturday.
