Security Chief Michael Garibaldi sat in his office, reading reports on the increase of violent crimes in Downbelow, and let out a long sigh. There had been an increase in violent crimes in Downbelow, and his Security Team had not been able to do anything about it due to keeping the peace after breaking away from Earth. He was just about to give up when the door to his office opened up. Through it walked Citizen G'Kar, the former Ambassador from Narn, and King Arthur, the former King of England.

"Hey guys," Garibaldi said, almost forgetting that King Arthur just walked through the door with a giant lizard man. "What can I do for you?"

"Mister Garibaldi," G'kair said, strolling about the room in his flamboyant sing-song manner, "it appears that you are, once again, in dire emotional straits. What is it this time?"

"It's nothing G'kar," Garibaldi replied, barely hiding his true intent.

King Arthur looked over Garibaldi and instantly new that something was amiss. "Come now, Mister Garibaldi," King Arthur said, "it is quite obvious that the reports you have been reading have vexed you so. Whatever is the matter?"

Garibaldi breathed out, knowing that it was foolish to hide the truth from his friends. "It's Downbelow," Garibaldi said. "There's been an increase in violent crimes there, and there's just nothing I can do to stop it."

"What about your security Team?" G'Kar asked.

Garibaldi struck the console of his desk sharply. "There all busy keeping the peace after we've broken away from Earth! I can't spare any of my guys to stop it. I feel so... powerless."

G'Kar looked to King Arthur, who gave G'Kar his look back. "No worries, Mister Garibaldi," G'Kar said. "We'll have this thing sorted out in no time."

G'Kar and King Arthur then turned to leave Garibaldi's office, but Garibaldi stood up before they could do so.

"Wait a minute, guys," Garibaldi said. "You two have helped me out so many times before, its not fair of you to keep doing it. This is a dangerous job, and I don't want either of you getting hurt."

"What you are forgetting, Castellan Garibaldi" King Arthur said, using the word 'Castellan' to mean 'Security Chief,' which is what castellans were back in King Arthur's day, "is that stopping violent crimes in Downbelow is what we do best."

G'Kar and King Arthur finally leave Garibaldi's office, leaving Garibaldi with a sense of both worry and relief. While the job would be dangerous, he knew that the best men and friends were on the job.
