The breeze. The meow of a Loth-cat. The russle of the long grasses. The sounds of the city a few clicks away. The heat from the sun shining it's last few moments before the coolness of night took over. Lothal. Ezra's home.
Night fell, when most of the sounds faded into nothingness. When the Force made it's move. It was like a faint singing, a sorrowful lullaby sung only for him. It told of a boy, boy who was doomed to die, unless he learned. So, with Kanan's rescue plan still fresh in his mind, he began to train. To save his master.
The next time he heard the mournful ballad, it was the night after his enlightenment of his parents demise. The voices sung of a orphan, who would gain a family, if he knew who to trust. In that dark, dark night, he vowed to only trust those he knew.
(But, he had failed, his master was blind, and Ahsoka was dead... And he knew he deserved death as well.)
All he heard were the grief-stricken voices for a while. Not until they destroyed the Holocrons did they sing their last tune. They told of the darkness... that he should fear it.
The Purgil were ready to leap, but Ezra heard the voices once more, singing to him one last time... "Ezra... you have done well... for you have learned, trusted, feared, and finally, sacrificed. You have done well child..." And they faded away, for good. As Ezra left, streaking the sky with beautiful colors.
