When Nyoko arrived home, she headed for Ulquiorra's room. However she saw passed Grimmjow on the way there. He looked at her and stopped right in front of her. He wrapped his arms around her waist and leaned down to kiss her. She responded to it and Grimmjow was forcing her backward. Nyoko's arms snaked around his neck. Grimmjow's tongue was licking Nyoko's bottom lip, asking for entrance. Nyoko's back hit the wall and she had to stop it there. She pushed Grimmjow and he backed up a little. When he talked, his breath washed over her face.
"What are you doing back?" he asked.
"I had to see my onii-sama," she answered.
"Oh," he replied, backing up, "Sorry. I got carried away."
Nyoko nodded and walked away. She'd miss him to some extent. When she got to Ulquiorra's door, she hesitated.
"It's open," he said, from inside.
Nyoko went in and looked at him. He was standing still and looking out his window. Nyoko walked up behind him and hugged him. She felt him sigh.
"I didn't think you actually meant it, when you said you were coming home," he admitted.
In the blink of an eye, everything went from being tranquil to tense. In a second, Nyoko jumped back, took out her zanpakuto, and stabbed herself. Ulquiorra was too slow and couldn't catch her before she did this. He did pull the sword out though. Blood was dripping from the corners of her mouth. Ulquiorra picked her up and laid her on his bed. He wasn't crying but he was sad.
"Why would you do this?" he asked.
"When I was dreaming," she started.
After she coughed up blood over the edge of the bed, she continued, "I saw my first memory. I am a part of you. That's why I don't belong anywhere. I was never supposed to exist."
Ulquiorra didn't know what to do. He'd never tried to save anyone. His sister was dying because she saw their first meeting and he couldn't save her. He felt so useless. Nyoko coughed again and looked at him.
"You have to absorb me," she stated.
"I won't," he replied.
"Are you going to let me die or will you let me live as a part of you?" she asked.
Ulquiorra debated those two options and grabbed her hair. He heard her gasp and pulled back her head. She turned into a green orb. He opened his mouth and ate the orb. As he swallowed it, he felt more power and another conscience there but it was soon swallowed up by the rest of him. His sister was still alive in a sense but she was inside him, a part of him. Like the way it was supposed to be. He couldn't help feeling an emptiness inside of him though. Even though she was still with him, he'd never hear her voice or see her smiling face ever again. As he fell asleep that night, he thought only of her final return.
I hope you liked it but, you don't have to. If you don't, then I hope you liked the first two stories.
