Dragons in our midst
What will become of dragon fate?
Will there be an end?
Will we have to cater all?
Do we owe that much to them?
Wounds that happen over years
Hundreds they may be,
A helpful hand that we receive
May actually be a wing.
Burning castles, Smokey death
Fairy tales do lie,
About the time that dragons lived
Did they really die?
Soaring high, Way up there
Somewhere towards the sky,
I wish that dragons lived again
Then I actually might know why.
Loss
A shot of metal through a heart
Saddening cries echoing forth
A crashing sound after wing around
Jumping, Flying, Falling down
Losing people to the ground
Flames of fury consumes your pride
The earth consumes you heart and finds
Your deepest thoughts bouncing round
Confusing you, no town around
Forest, Trees, no rules to be found
Your strength alone can help you now.
Over Again
Wanting all and none
Waiting for what's done,
Keeping you in check
While looking like a wreck,
I've done what's done
I've ran what's run,
Now I shall forgive
Now I shall relive.
