Summary:
He never thought that he'd ever be able to get with her. She was Abyss' daughter for goodness sake. So how exactly did he wind up with her? Because of her rebellious side, of course.
Chapter 1:
I stood there listening, half listening anyways to my dad rambling on about how I should stay away from...
"You will stay away from him no matter what it takes."
...Wait correction my dad was rambling on about how I will stay away from Chris Sabin.
"Annie, did you hear what I just said to you," my dad asked as he looked at me breaking me away from my other world.
"Umm...Yeah, I heard you," I nodded my head, "I heard you loud and clear."
"Stay away from that boy or else," he warned.
"Alright, daddy," I said getting annoyed.
He just looked at me with doubt in his eyes.
"I'll stay away from, Chris Sabin, daddy. I promise you I will," I assured him.
"I'm just looking out for you, Annie," he said.
"I know," I replied as he turned and walked out of my locker room to go get ready for his match against Raven tonight.
How exactly did he expect me to stay away from Chris. My dad is a bit worried about what would happen if I got involved with Chris...seeing as if he as a long track record with girls.
I mean I know my dad means well because under that crazy, pyscho disguise of his he actually does have a good and caring heart, but still. I can't help who I like. Right?
"Hey...pssst...Annie!" I heard someone whisper from behind me. "Is he gone yet?"
"Oh shit!" I laughed turning around and running over to the closet and swinging it open. "I'm so sorry, Chris!" I apologized. I had totally forgotten all about him being locked in the closet.
"Next time I'll hide somewhere else," he said.
I bit my lip, but didn't say anything. I don't even know if there will be a next time.
"What's wrong, Annie?" he asked noticing the look in my eyes.
"I don't even know if there will even be a next time," I forced myself to answer. "My dad made it pretty clear...something bad will happen if he finds out that we're together."
Should I continue?
