The Getaway (R) 100 words

Dazed, she awoke to blinding lights. Stripped of her clothes, layers and layers of plastic wrap restricted her motions and bound her to the table.

Furlow struggled until a face appeared above hers. She tried to scream.

He asked her if she really thought she could get away with it, then removed the duct tape.

"It's what I do." she replied. "It's how I survive."

A simple cut and blood ran across her cheek. She cried.

The last thing she saw was the framed picture of a man with grey hair before a knife put her out of her misery.
