Is today a day to put all of the random cracky things on my iPod onto FanFiction? Maybe...

So, How About that Weather?

The sun. I fucking hate the sun. I mean, it's too fucking hot and it makes everything too fucking bright. Am I vulgar enough for you yet?

I suppose you could use some background information for that little blurb. That would be a good idea...

It all started off on a Wednesday. In fact, it was today. Huh. Anyway; being as it was during the high school exam break, we spent most of the time inside either playing video games, Duel Monsters, or surfing the web. Sounds like fun? Well, it got boring after the first week. Malik and Marik were the first ones to get severe cabin-fever.

"I'm so bored, Riv! I want to go outside and do something!"

I peeked up from my Tales of Phantasia game to look at the two Egyptians. To attempt to put some visualization in, they looked like demented puppies. Really cute demented puppies with psychopathic tendencies, but hey; cute puppies.

I put down my DS and stood up with a stoic expression that could easily compete with Kaiba's. Everyone around stopped what they were doing and stared at me. Even Bakura, who was busying himself by poking Ryou non-stop with a stick ceased doing so.

When there was absolute quiet, I hollered,

"Bitches be bored! We're goin' outside!"

Immediately there was a cry of delight. I was dumbfounded.

"...Am I really that boring?"

Silence.

Damn.

-(-o-)-

When we all stepped outside, there were two questions that came to mind: what is that raging ball if flames, and what was it doing in the sky above my house? Marik piped up really quickly.

"Ah, the sun! It's so nice!"

"Fuck, Marik. It's hot!" I whined out in response. "What the hell is with the sun today anyway?"

Ryou turned to be and asked,

"What do you mean, Riv?"

"It's actually out! This is Canada: stereotypically the land of ice, snow, igloos and polar bears! Why can't it be our strange definition of between winter and spring?"

Bakura scoffed for a moment before sneering,

"I haven't seen a spring here ever since you kidnapped us."

"I know. It just sorta goes from winter to summer in a day! Does that annoy anyone else here?"

The entire lot nodded.

"It's just too fucking hot." I muttered under my breath.

While Malik and Marik were dancing strangely in the light, the rest of us: that being me, Akane, Ryou, Bakura and Anzu; were attempting to stay in the shade of a nearby tree. All of us were beginning to get annoyed at the sun, and the two whitettes were frying quickly.

Until the idea struck, that is.

"A rain dance!" I shouted at the top of my voice. At that, we all flung our arms into the air and waved them around nonsensically.

Clouds gathered.

Thunder cracked.

Snow fell?

Needless to say the two Egyptians were unimpressed. The rest of us were as well. Bakura started shouting things about "white damnation" and "shitty shitbags". All I had to say was

"Finally. Back to normal."

A/N:

I really dislike the sun. It is just too EFFing hot. Ore-sama disapproves.

Marik & Malik: But-

Me: SHUT IT RIGHT NOW RAORRRRR! YOU DON'T NEED TO DEAL WITH IT BEATING DOWN ON YOU DURING MARCHING BAND 9 HOURS A DAY NON-STOP! ROARRRR!

Everyone: *silence*

Ahem. Review?
