X I was inspired by Carrie Underwood's Just A Dream It reminded me of Maxie and All that she had been through so I thought I'd write about what happed after finding out about Coop. Oneshot.

Disclaimer: I don't on General Hospital or any of its characters.

Maxie climbed into bed and pulled the covers up to her chin. I lost my sister. My sweet beautiful sister. Dear God why did you have to take Coop too. Neither of them deserved to die. For heaven's sake Georgie was always giving back to the community and helping others. She never did a harsh thing to anyone. Not even Lulu and she slept with her husband. Cooper served his country he risked his life for about 300million people who could care less that he died. Now they are accusing him of being a Killer, a Murderer. I know him better than anyone he would have never done any of those things. Georgie was wrong, Mac is wrong, they're all wrong My Coop could never be the Text message killer. They are all wrong just like they were wrong about Jesse. Dear God why does everyone I love end up leaving me or dying.

Maxie turned on the radio to help her sleep. She just couldn't turn off her wayward mind. If the police won't find Georgie and Coop's killer then I will. Carrie Underwood's song It's Just A Dream came on. Maxie laid in bed crying then as she listened to the lyrics of the song she felt the tears fall harder. I still have the Flag they gave me at Jesse's funeral I guess that now I'll have another. "Baby, why'd you leave me, why'd you have to go I was counting on forever, now I'll never know I can't even breathe" she whispered along with the song "This can't be happening to me. This is just a dream." If only this was a dream. I've had everyman I ever truly loved ripped a way from me in a violent death. I feel the weight of their souls pressing upon mine. Hoping and waiting. I can only hope that I will see them again, with that though she drifted off to sleep. She dreamed of what could've been. The family that she cold had with Coop, their beautiful baby girl named Georgie After the most respectful and caring person to ever come into her life. At the end of her dream Coop walked away holding their daughter Maxie tried to follow only her feet wouldn't move. She woke screaming Coop's name with tears rolling down her cheeks. "It was just a dream" she whispered as her tears started to fall harder.
