It was like any other day for Samantha Baxter, her father was ignoring her. He was ignoring her, he was working on that new element he discovered. Luther Baxter had thrust himself into his work after Samantha's elder sister, Hollie, commited suicide at the age of 15, in front of her younger sister. She put a gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger, covering the wall in her crimson red blood before Samantha could stop her. Samantha watched as Hollie's lifeless body fell to the floor inches in front of her. She clambered to Hollie, held her close and screamed out for her father, with tears in her eyes. So to remember his eldest daughter, Luther called the crimson red element 'Hollie one-5' which really upset Samantha.

As the hours crawled pass slowly, Samantha grew bored of her books and drawing books,so she left the conference room and into the lab her father was working in.
"Daddy, can I help you?" She inquired.
"Now now, Sami..." He sighed.
"But Daddy..." Sami moaned.
"Sami! Leave me alone to work!" Luther screamed. "Just leave me alone with Hollie"
Hearing her father say her sisters name in vain pushed Samantha over the edge. She ran through the crowded hallways, her black hair flowing behind her like a river. She burst through the main doors to the lab and sat on the pavement, her head reasting on a set of dainty hands. Many people came and went, none of which even cared to glance at the crying girl on the pavement.

Some time passed and many tears fell from her dark blue eyes. As the skies grew dark, the remainder of staff left the lab. Sami stood up, expecting to see her father to walk out amongst the crowd. Someone within the flood of people began calling her name. "Samantha! Samantha!" The voice called out. It sounded familiar to Sami, but she couldn't be sure. As the crowd died down, the voice faded. Samantha span round, looking for the source of the voice that sounded like something from a previous life. She went to call out for the source, but a hand suddenly clamped over her mouth. Samantha tried to scream, but it was pointless. The hand and its owner dragged the flailing girl into the shadows.
