Author's Note: This is my latest story based on a rather unique setting where one of the Pokémorphs (this one being able to change between Human and Pokémon forms respectively) has no last name, no home to live in, yet hoping to create equality between the two races. I would probably say this is probably the first story that would run this way, also that this is one where it involves someone who can transform into a Lucario (according to the "Transformation and pokémorph stories" community).
As I said in the summery of the story, this was rated T because it will have some violence that would involve some blood. Swearing will not be used (I normally don't swear at all), so that might change a few things if any. Hope you enjoy this story.
Edit: After seeing how there were those who had said that I had poorly written this chapter, I decided to edit this so it would at least stand up to the expectations of those who prefer a well written story. I hope that the revisions that I've made for this chapter was worth the effort. Also, if you're all expecting me to have the main character of this story say that he doesn't want to say his last name, that'll make all my plans for this story completely meaningless.
Hopes of Making Equality
Prologue
You've seen many kinds of Pokémorphs out there, living out their lives like everyone else has almost entirely. They act like everyone else, even look like most other normal people around them, and yet their lives are different as they face many challenges every day, having to protect others with the abilities that they have, it makes you think that we all seem to live this way without any conflict, right? Well, you haven't seen the other side of the life of a Pokémorph.
My name is Erick, a Lucario Pokémorph. I do not have any last name, despite the fact that I used to belong to a family, but sadly, I was denied the right to have a loving family to take care of me because of who I am. I'll be elaborating on that a little later.
A Pokémorph is what you call a Human that is able to change between that and the form of a Pokémon, either the pure shape of one or a morph of the said Pokémon. This can be where a Pokémorph could either have only parts of their body changed or a true morph of the form aforementioned. However, one not only has this kind of ability, but they will also have all the senses of a specific Pokémon that they can become.
Some of these senses will replace Human ones, such as heightened smell and/or hearing for example, others are ones where a Pokémorph can choose to use if it is ever necessary, this would include abilities too. I am able to sense and see the auras of others as long as it would be anything that would be a living thing and is still alive, as well as other types of abilities that I am able to use like a proper Lucario should. I never had a chance to prevent this from happening unfortunately, even from the beginning.
