"No...Wrong one." Exasperated and annoyed snaps came from on the roof, naturally sparking the curiosity of a very bored Rebecca. She had a knack for recognizing voices, the annoyed one belong to Medic. He was a little scary and bossy at first, but they soon learned to get along. Except the times when she would want chocolate and he wouldn't let her, but that's beside the point.

"Ah, that's it." The voice sounded more relaxed and certain. A sweet violin melody began to journey its way through the dusty grounds of the Badlands. It lifted Rebecca off her feet and swept her up the stairs to the rooftops. Her chocolate eyes watching closely as Medic had a rare moment of living his dream a little bit. He never told many people.

"Far avay, long ago. Growing dim as an ember. Things zhat I used to know, things I yearn to remember..."

But secretly, he always wanted to play violin professionally.

"That was beautiful..." He jumped at the unknown presence and quickly turned around, "R-Rebecca! Vhat in God's name are you doing? Sneaking up on me like zhat, I could of thought you vere a Spy!" He was obviously flustered. Rebecca paused before answering, "I heard your violin playing and you nice voice and thought, 'Hey, I should go see who's doing that.' You were really good so I stayed to listen." Medic thanked God that the on coming dusk could hide his pink hued face as he mumbled,"D-Danke..." The duo sat down in silence and watched the sun set.

As most nights do, it got a little colder. The German born Medic found this comfortable, Rebecca on the other hand found it to be slightly chilly. Medic looked over and let out a slightly annoyed sigh and pulled her closer. She turned to him only for them to touch noses, look each other in the eyes, and have Medic say, "IT'S ONLY FOR BODY VARMTH!" Rebecca nearly jumped two feet,"Okay okay! Jeez, no need to scream..." They spent time in a awkward conversation before Rebecca fell silent. "Rebecca?" He turned her over only to see that she was fast asleep, mumbling about something. He picked her up, walked down stairs, went into the infirmary, and laid her down on one of the beds. He quietly laughed before rubbing her head and saying, "Gute Nacht, dear."

He was about to leave before he ran into Scout. He groaned, "Vhat is it, Herr Scout?" Scout grew a cheeky smile and sang, "And can ya feel, da love tonight?" Medic has never been so close to strangling Scout ever since.
