Disclaimer: I don't own anything you recognize in this story. They all belong to big companies with expensive lawyers. I'm just borrowing them for a short bit.

I start walking through the mall, hoping to find inspiration in what to give Abby. I need to find her present for Christmas. Hers is the only present I have left to get. Gibbs was easy to buy for, surprisingly. I found this perfect hand sander. His is falling apart.

I checked the mall I usually go shopping in but they had nothing that would interest our Gothic lab tech. I walk around this mall, hoping that they have something. I see a store that looks like it could have something Abby would really like. So I walk in. I look around the store, kind of awkwardly. Some things I see would make a sailor blush. Then I see it. It's absolutely perfect for Abby.

Day of Christmas Eve

I walk into the lab. I see Abby sitting at her computer, analyzing something. "Hey Abby, I have something for you." I say.

She turns around, stands up and comes over to me. "Oooh. What is it?" she says as she eyes the bag I'm holding.

"Merry Christmas," I say as I hand the bag to her.

She opens it. She pulls out a hippopotamus. "Oh, he's so cute." She says as she hugs him. A farting sound comes from the hippo. "Oh my god! He's so awesome. Thank-you Stan." She hugs me. Really hard.

"Can't breathe," I gasp out.

"Oh, sorry." She apologizes, letting me go. She looks at the hippo a second time and hugs him a second time. "His name shall be Bert. Stan, meet Bert."

Please read and review. This is my first story that I have ever written. Was it good, bad, absolutely horrible?? Tell me. Constructive Criticism is absolutely loved.
