"I don't…I can't." Her breath was ragged and her voice was horse. Her hands would flutter at her throat for a moment and then she would rub the pad of her thumb across her palm. She was nervous, scared even, he knew that. But he was enjoying it. As sick as it was and as much as he'd hate himself for it later he enjoyed her fear and her pain.

"You agreed precious, yourself for Toby. I needed a queen and you didn't want a goblin made from your half-brother. And once you accepted you became my wife. I've given you months to grieve and I now claim my rights as your master, king, and husband. You will do your duty as my wife tonight; now. I demand it." As he spoke he put his hands on her shoulders and shook her, getting caught in the emotion and tension swirling in the room around them.

"No!" she screamed. Sarah tore herself from Jareth's grip and ran for the door, she knew it would make no difference, but she couldn't not do anything, either. At least this way she wasn't submissively crawling into his bed, neck bared. Within seconds He caught up to her and grabbed her around the waist, her hands fell to his and she clawed him, not caring that she would leave scars and marks on his ungloved hands.

He threw her down on the bed and quickly lay on top of her, tearing at her clothes. He knew he could just imagine them gone and it would be done, but don't most predators prefer to play with their prey? And really, was he that different from those animals right now? He grinned at that thought.

"You're a sick bastard." Cried Sarah, tears beginning to fall from the corner of her eyes. But it was done. He tired of the game and put one forearm on her chest and with his other hand magic'd a crystal in his palm. Sarah stilled when she saw it, there were many thoughts running through her head but the loudest one wondered if maybe he would banish her to an oubliette or the bog even, anything would be better than this.

Jareth lowered his hand and let the crystal fall on her. No, no oubliette. But now she was naked and so was the man on top of her. "Remember, Sarah-Mine, I may not be able to turn Toby into a goblin, but that does not mean I can't take him again." At that exact second all of her fight fled Sarah's body and she lay limp on the bed.

She felt the goblin king probing at her inference, and then with one hard thrust he broke through her barrier. It hurt but she wouldn't give him the satisfaction of crying out. Her head fell to the side and tears poured out of her eyes. And when The Goblin King finished he stayed in her, playing with her hair, like nothing about this was out of the ordinary and they were just two lovers.

"Now, precious, that wasn't too bad, was it?" He smirked, letting Sarah know an answer was not required, he knew what he did and he enjoyed it. Without another word the goblin king magic'd his clothes back onto his body and left, taking Sarah's innocence with him. When the door shut and she heard the click of the lock Sarah turned onto her side and let the tears loose. She cried and cried, until she seemingly ran out of tears.

She washed herself and as she sat looking in the mirror brushing her hair she realized what she had to do to get the goblin king out of her life for good. She smiled, not her carefree smile of just earlier today but the blood thirsty smile of a woman who now has no other goal but to Kill the monster who hurt her. If it took centuries, Sarah would kill the goblin king and rule on his throne. Sarah would make sure he regretted this day with every ounce of his being.
