It was Valentines day. All the couples were out, having fun. But the young brunette with sad, chocolate eyes, and two buns in her hair was heading to the graveyard instead. Where the graveyard should have been depressing, there was a little something else in the air. Not sadness, nor remorse. Such a feeling couldn't be understood. Except from the man in the sky, and the woman kneeling on his grave.

Tenten sighed, holding onto the tea-cup, leaning against Neji's grave. She had two meals, one in front of her, the other... in front of the grave. She knew he was dead. That he wouldn't be able to eat, but obviously, the Weapon Mistress cared not for it. It was Valentines Day, and although her lover was buried in the ground, Tenten would spend as much time there as she could. It was all she could do, especially with him being gone.

Chocolate orbs watched the couples walking around. She was still cuddled up against Neji's grave, her eyes still somewhat sad. She hugged herself, wishing to be in Neji's embrace instead of her own. A cold chill ran down her spine, closing her eyelids over her eyes. She moved closer to the grave, seeking a warmth that wasn't there. Tenten moved away, shaking her head with a sigh. She lay across the cold, grassy ground, allowing herself to succumb into a cold sleep.

He was gone. Well, he was a ghost. To reach out and touch the Kunoichi he had fallen in love with, wasn't allowed. But here she was, the delicate Weapon Mistress, laying asleep on his grave, on a day that he wanted to spend with here. Pearl eyes trailed over his team-mate and living lover. Right now, the rules didn't apply to what his feelings were. The deceased Hyuga sighed, his spirit of a body laying beside the young Kunoichi, wrapping his ghostly arms around her. He knew, that Tenten would never be able to feel his gentle, caring touch, but he didn't care. "Happy Valentines Day, Ten-Chan." He murmured. A weary chocolate orb opened, looking to where Neji's ghostly face was, but saw nothing. She sighed, closing her eyes. "Happy Valentines day, Neji-Kun."

3 years later

Valentines rolled around the corner once again. The young Weapon Mistress stood at the entrance of the graveyard, a small smile on her face, her eyes hidden by a black shadow. A brown bird, with pearly white eyes looked at Tenten, while perched on the gravestone of Neji Hyuga.

"Happy Valentines day, Neji-Kun."
