Minka sat on Blythe's bed, looking at Blythe's new emergency comb. Her owners were out of town, so Blythe is keeping her in her house until Minka's owners came back.
Suddenly, Minka heard little taps, as if a pen as stroking a surface. She put down the comb, and approached Blythe, who was sitting in front of her computer.
"Blythe, what are you doing?"
Blythe looked at Minka, and pointed at a surface. "I'm making some designs with my new digital tablet."
Minka looked at the tablet and the pen that Blythe held. "But how can you do that when you can't even see what you're doing?"
Blythe the pointed at her laptop's screen. "What I do on my tablet shows up on my computer."
Minka nodded. She understood. Blythe then opened a new image in her drawing program, and stroked the tablet with a pen for drawing tablets.
"Oh." Minka simply said. "I get it."
Blythe offered the pen to Minka. "Would you like to try?"
Minka' eyes lit up. "Yes!"
The monkey took the pen. "Is there any way I can make splashy abstract art?"
"Sure," Blythe assured her. She then took the pen, and lightly hovered it above the tablet. "To move the pen, you just hover it like this, and click on whatever you want."
Blythe then hovered the pen, and clicked on the "brushes" section. She then chose a "splatter" brush. It looked like paint was just splashed across a wall or a canvas, just the way Minka likes to paint. Blythe then gave Minka the pen, and Minka hovered the pen. She picked the color red and started moving the pen across the surface.
Then, she selected the color blue. She accidentally moved the pen too far, and it affected drawing on the computer. Minka then freaked out, jumped up and down, and screamed that exact same scream after Olive wouldn't admit that she's Minka's friend.
"Calm down, Minka," Minka told her gently. "You can undo the mistake.
Minka looked at her. "I could?"
Blythe nodded. She then took the pen that Minka set down, and hovered to the undo button. She clicked the undo button, and the drawing program undid Minka's mistake.
"Wow! That is so cool!"
Minka then took the pen and continued drawing.
"I call it: Oranges and Cherries!" Minka announced proudly.
Blythe clapped her hands. "That's very good, Minka."
