Where am I going? Where should I go? I thought as I walked down a sidewalk, my black ankle boots clacking. I pass a girl and her mom. The girl looked back and smiled, her brown hair blew in the wind. I caught her eye and turned around. Her mother looked at me and smiled.
The girl whispered in her mother's ear and her mother nodded. The girl walked up to me. Should I run? What should I do? I ask myself. "My name is Yuki, what's yours?" The girl asked me. I looked at her and gave a shy smile. "Sora." I said. I waited for her to laugh but she didn't. "I think it's very pretty. It fits you perfectly." She said.
"Yuki, it's time to go." Her mother said. Yuki pouted. "Can Sora come?" Yuki asked. I went wide eyed. I never been to someone's house before, I guess because I was a star I never had been able to. I need to get home. I thought. "She has to ask her mother first." Yuki's mom said. "I don't have a mother." I said. Yuki looked at me.
"Where do you live?" she asked, I shrugged. "I guess nowhere." I said. Yuki's mother looked at me with sorrow. "She can come." She said. Yuki smiled and took my wrist, gently and lead me to their house. Their house was a big pale blue house with six rooms and three bathrooms.
I stared in awe at the front yard. It had a big willow tree and a tire swing tied on it. It also had a bird bath, see saw, and a mat. I saw a man with silver/ white hair, and a little boy with blonde hair come out of the house. "Mama, did you get me anything." The little boy asked, his mom shook her head.
"Not today, Mikey." She laughed. "Who's the girl, Maka?" The man asked. "We saw her walking alone. She said she has no family." Maka said. The man looked at me. I looked down at my purple striped stockings. "Well, for now one she is a part of the Evans family." The man said.
Yuki looked at the man and smiled. "Really! I'm going to have a sister!" Yuki said hugging the man. "Thank you dad!" she said. Her father nodded. "Let's go inside so you can see your new room." Yuki said, walking in the house. I smiled. I finally have a real family.
