Steve looked up from the bouquet of roses that he held in front of him. The blush on his cheeks matched the pink of the roses and looked down immediately when he saw you at the door.

"Come in," you said, feeling a bit self-conscious in your low-cut black dress.

He cleared his throat as he stumbled in through the door. "Y-you look really n-nice today," he said, still not meeting your eyes.

You unconsciously tried pulling up the dress you were wearing and gave an undecipherable grunt. "Right. Thanks. You too," and he did. Steve dressed himself up in an old-fashioned dark brown suit with a tie that seemed to be just a bit too tight. Out of instinct, you reached out to loosen it. Your finger lightly grazed against his neck and your hand paused. Slowly, you looked up to see that he was staring at you with wide, nervous eyes.

He grabbed your hands with his, and your pace raced at the contact.

"Steve, what-"

He suddenly, but softly covered your mouth with his and you gasped into his mouth. Drawing back, he held your face in between his large hands and looked you straight in the eyes.

"Was that okay? Are you upset at me?" he asked with nervous eyes.

Your mouth flopped open like a fish and all you could think of was how long you've waited for him to do that. Suddenly, something took over you and you pulled his face to yours. You felt his initial resistance and surprise but smiled against his lips as you felt his body melted into yours.

"Are-are you... are you sure... about... this?" he stutted in bertween the kisses.

You pulled back suddenly and drank in the sight of his moist, reddened lips, face flushed with heat and eyes glazed with want.

"Yes, of course you idiot. I've waited too long for this."

Steve looked away for a moment and turned to face you again, face redder than ever.

"Alright but let's go to your bedroom first. You've got to be comfortable. Or, at least that's what I've heard from Howard."
