Two hearts, one love. Two blades, one death. (Part1)

"Section one of the Ionians field is clear, sir." Talon mumbled into his mike. The assassin has spent a hard day slashing through Ionia soldiers flesh. He and his crew only defeated one of the three sections. While he returned to the camp with deep injuries, his commander, General Du Couteau, waved at him, telling him to come meet him in his tent.

"General?"

"Talon, I have received a message from the corporation 'League of Legends' to send you to their fields, my daughter Katarina will be there to guide your way during this period of time."

"Sir, I am not yet finished with the 3 sections that need to be destroyed."

"It's ok Talon, just go. There are Ionians in that corporation; you can take some of your time to investigate them secretly."

"Yes, but Sir I …"

"Go. You need rest, tomorrow is a big day buddy." General answered sternly.

As Talon turned around and walked towards the exit of his superiors resting lounge, Du Couteau suddenly whispered in a deep and serious tone; "Remember who the real enemy is."

At those words, the assassin disappeared into the night and travelled back to his tent.

Tomorrow arrived in a blink of an eye. All night the young man was hunted by the General's words. 'Of course I'll remember who the enemy is.' he thought to himself. As he changed into his casual clothes and stuffed a few knives in his back pockets, he headed towards the station the bus was supposed to pick him up. After a while, the bus finally arrived. Talon lifts up his baggage and started searching for a seat. Beside a girl was the only free place he could rest. As he marched towards the chair, the girls long dark gray hair made his heart skip a beat. 'What the heck.' He though. 'Why is my heart feeling weird?' Sitting down, he picked up his luggage and laid it on his knees. "Do you want me to help you put your stuff on the shelf?" the girl inquired with a grin on her face."No, I'm fine." Talon answered emotionlessly. He was trying really hard to restrain the blush from appearing on his cheeks.

"So, are you going to LOL too?" she asked the assassin.

"I'm sorry… What is LOL?"

"League of Legends, it's the abbreviation."

"Indeed I am." Talon answered as he balanced his head towards his shoes.

"The names Irelia. You are?"

"Talon."

The trip continued in an awkward silence. Irelia was listening to her music while Talon was reading his book. He couldn't help but steal glances at the flawless Irelia when she was looking through the window.

"Welcome Champions." A voice echoed in the room. Talon was now alone, in the waiting room. He was obviously waiting for Katarina to arrive and pick him up. As he touched his back pocket to verify if the spare knives were still there, a familiar face appeared. It wasn't Katarina's face though.
