So I thought I would try something new. Something that is not an oneshot. So I give you.... Dun dun dun dun! A threeshot! Well here's the first chapter and I like to say that I don't really like it that much. But hopefully you guys will! And I got inspired to write this when I read "Beautiful" by roory. It's an absolutely adorable story that you have to read! I'm rating this story T for some language (maybe) and maybe so sexual content later on. Oh yeah! I don't own any of the characters. Wow, big surprise there, right? Now, to the story my friends!

Mitchie
Mitchie Torres looked proudly at the huge sand castle in front of her. It had taken her most of the morning to build it but now it was finally complete. Perfected, from the water filled moat to the beautiful white shell on the very top at the highest tower. To an adult the castle didn't look anything like a fairytale castle but that was exactly what it looked like to five year old Mitchie. Her face was shining like the sun that was burning on her tanned skin as she turned around to call out to her mother, who was tanning a few meters away. As she turned she saw something in the corner of her eye. She whipped her head back only to find that her beautiful castle had been destroyed. A young teenager had run right through it chasing a ball. Instead of happily calling out her mothers name a high-pitched scream of horror left Mitchies lips. Her breath came to a halt as the unknowing teenager ran back to his friends. A second later her mother was at her side.
"What's wrong honey?" Mitchie, who had begun sobbing violently, could just point at the ruins of the sand castle.
"M-my c-cas-tle! M-mommy!" Connie Torres bent down and took her crying daughter in her arms.
"Aw, sweetie! I'm so sorry!" Mitchie loved her mothers' hugs, they could work wonders but today they weren't helping. Her mother offered to help her rebuild it but Mitchie just shook her head. Her beautiful castle was gone, forever, and there was nothing she could do about it. After a while her mother sighed, sensing that her daughter wanted to be alone, and returned to her towel with a sad smile on her face. Mitchie sat in the sand in front of the ruins of her castle, her eyes not moving from it, and with silent tears streaming down her face. She had worked so hard, and it had just taken that boy a second or two to destroy it.
Shane
Shane Gray kicked up sand as he slowly walked along the edge of the water. Stupid Jason! Stupid Nate! Stupid everything! Shane Gray hated losing, it didn't matter if it was a game of football, playing cards or as in this case, a spitting contest. He was a very competitive person. He might had been able to accept losing to Jason, he was three years older than six year old Shane after all, but not to Nate! Nate was only three and a half! His baby brother shouldn't be better than him, not at anything! Shane pouted as his eyes roamed the beach, not looking for anything in particular. He was content in his moping and had no wish to change his mood anytime soon. But something caught his eyes. It was a young girl, about his age, sitting in front of a pile of sand with tears running down her face. She didn't make a sound but he could feel the sadness radiating from her. It was something about this girl that made Shane stop dead in his tracks as he kept watching her. She was pretty with her long brown hair framing her face. He walked closer; he wanted to know why she was crying. And if there was something he could do to make her stop. He took the final steps to her.
"Why are you crying?" Her head shot up and Shane looked into the most beautiful, chocolate brown eyes, he had ever seen.
Mitchie
"Why are you crying?" Mitchie heard the question and when she looked up she saw a raven-haired boy around her age standing in front of her. He had a mix of worry and curiosity written on his face. Mitchie opened her mouth to tell him about the sand castle but instead a small sob escaped her lips. He sat down beside her and gently took her hand, like it was the most natural thing in the world for him to do. She swallowed some of her tears and tried again.
"I-I built a sand castle. It w-was really pretty. But a boy ran right through it and now it's d-des-stroyed! The last part was choked out as new tears started to form and drip from her eyes. The boy quickly leaned forward and wiped them away.
"Don't worry; I'll help you build a new one! Mitchie shook her head. She didn't want a new, she wanted her old castle. The boy, who obviously saw her hesitation, squeezed her hand. "Come on, it'll be fun! It might not be as pretty as the one you built but I bet it would be really cool!" Mitchie couldn't help but smile at his enthusiasm. He was cute, with his dark brown eyes, slightly spiky black hair and tanned skin. And his smile made a warm feeling spread inside of her.
"Ok, thanks." She still sniffled a little but smiled again as the boy next to her started to fill one of the buckets with sand. She did the same and soon a new castle emerged in front of the two children.
Shane
"It looks great!" Shane's happy outburst earned her a bubbly giggle from the girl next to him. Seeing her smile and hearing her giggle made him smile even wider. Their castle might not be as beautiful as hers had been but it sure was cool. Towers decorated with sea shells and even a dead starfish (which was dead when they found it, their not cruel).
"Yeah, it really does!" She giggled again and turned to him. "I'm Mitchie by the way." He smiled at her and took her hand and shook it.
"I'm Shane! Nice to meet you!" He was just about to ask her if she wanted to play together sometime when a voice was heard.
"Shane!" He cringed slightly at the sound of his brothers' voice. Kevin had the worst time ever! "Shane, where are you?" He wondered if it was possible to just ignore him. Maybe his big brother would just go away? "Shane, get your ass over here! We're going home!" Nope, that was not going to happen. And he would so get Kevin back for this. He knew that he wasn't allowed to say ass. Just wait until he tell mom about it!
"I have to go." He said with a sigh. Mitchie nodded her head and at the same time another voice was heard.
"Mitchie! It's time to go!" They turned around and Shane saw a woman that he assumed was her mother waving to them. Mitchie pouted a little bit and sighed as well.
"I guess I have to go too. But it was nice to meet you, Shane." She reached out her hand and he took it.
"You too Mitchie! Maybe I'll see you around?" She nodded again and giggled.
"Maybe." She turned away and started to walk back to where her mother was waiting. Shane too walked away but as he neared his family he turned around to give Mitchie one last wave.
Mitchie
She turned around to look at Shane one last time. She saw him give her a small wave and a somewhat sad smile was playing on his lips. Mitchie returned the smile and the wave before running the last meters to her mother. Hoping that she would see the raven-haired boy again. Soon.

Ok so I really had a hard time writing this. I never thought writing from a child pov would be that hard. After all, I was one not that long ago... And I'm studying to be a kindergarten teacher so this is not good. Right? I should be able to see children's pov. Right? Anyway...What did you think? Not to horrible, I hope?
