Blood. Blood was everywhere. It was covered my clothes and left arm. The blade in my right hand was covered too. I heard a loud gasp from behind me. I turned. It was my best friend Rachel Elizabeth Dare, or as some people call her RED. She, besides my mom, actually cared about me.
She sat down in front of me and looked me directly in the eyes. "Why, Percy? Why?"
I sighed, "It's... complicated."
She shook her head. "Nothing's complicated unless you make it. Tell me, Percy. I can help." I couldn't say no. She was my best friend and I kind of liked her a lot.
I sighed again. "I've been bullied for several years now. I couldn't think of anything other ways to deal with bullying and my frustration, then this."
"Percy! There are always other ways to deal with bullying and frustration! Firstly, you're telling your mom."
"What!? No!"
"And why not? She can help more than I can. Come on, Percy." I followed her out of my room leave the blade on the floor. "Sally, Percy has something very important to tell you," Rachel called.
"I'm in the kitchen, dearies," she called back. We walked into the kitchen and saw Mom cooking dinner. "What's wrong?"
"I umm. I'm getting..." I swallowed hard."I'm getting bullying and I've been cutting," I said quietly and quickly.
"What was that?" Mom asked.
Rachel rolled her eyes. "Percy's being bullied and his solution is to cut himself," she answered. Mom looked calm but I could tell she was freaking out on the inside.
"Show me," Mom said simply. I showed her my left arm. "Oh gods, Percy. Why didn't you tell me. I can help you."
"I totally called it. See Percy, were here for you. Whenever you need us," Rachel said.
"I'm going to the school tomorrow and talking to the principal," Mom said. I laughed.
Honestly, from that day on my life got better, and people step off.
That was for everything one who begged for more. You're welcome.
Au revoir!
