She was amazing. The one and only…Louise. He loved her with all his heart. But, unfortunately for him, she was human and he was a lonely winter spirit. Here for a second and then gone with the wind. But tonight. He would change that. He would change that. He would make that change. This girl, this special beautiful girl would see him tonight.

The window crept open and the sleeping girl with deep brown eyes stirred. Jack moved in quickly, standing next to her bed before crouching down. He began to whisper sweet nothings into her ear. She was the most beautiful creature in the world to him. Broken from her family, bullied in the village square, and treated like dirt everywhere else. This was 100 years since he drowned. Before he had met Jamie. Just after his first fight with the Easter Bunny. And years ago from his first love. A first love who looked similar to this girl. Brown hair and brown eyes. Tan skin and freckles dotting her cheeks. She was stunning. Sure there were girls in the village way better looking than this one, but to Jack; looks don't matter. It's what's inside that counts to him.

Without hesitation, he began to call for her. He wasn't sure if this will work bit he was trying hard. His calls became louder and more urgent as time went on and eventually, her eyes slowly opened. He stared at her as she sat up and looked around the room.
"Is someone in here?" she spoke softly, her voice was too magical for Jack to describe.
"Yes, I'm here. Can you hear me?" Jack was stunned.
"I can hear you, yes. But where are you? I'd like to see you please." She smiled, turning to the area that Jack was sat. Jack smiled sadly when he realised she could hear him so well. It must have meant something.
"You have to believe in me." He mumbled, looking down at the floor, unsure if she even heard that.
"How do I do that then?" she asked. Jack's head tipped upwards to her then at the window. A grin formed on his pale face. He swiftly moved to the window.

He turned to the girl in the bed before turning back to it. Breathing in deeply he pushed all his effort into the glass, concentrating really hard. He heard the girl give a small gasp as the window began to freeze over. Jack grinned when it was fully covered before using his index finger to dram the shape of himself roughly. He looked over at the girl with a smile. She was frowning at the picture as if she was trying to figure out what it was. Jack's face fell and then lit up again when he had an idea. He stared at his drawing before bringing his hands to it. He took another deep breath before pushing on the image.

The picture jumped out of the glass to show a small version of him jumping around, throwing invisible snowballs and laughing. Louise giggled and tried to reach for it until it flew above her and burst into a flurry of snow. She watched as the small flakes drifted around the room. One stray snowflake flew into her face, landing gracefully on her nose. It blossomed into a large swirly, blue pattern. She froze.
"Jack Frost." She said quietly. Jack didn't hear her. "Is that your name? Jack Frost? Is that who you are?" she spoke slightly louder. Jack stared at her in awe.
"Yes, yes it is." He smiled. She turned to him and gaped. She began to giggle, climbing out of bed and throwing herself at Jack, wrapping her arms around him in a tight hug.
"I knew you were real!" Jack's smile grew bigger at her words and he enveloped her in his arms as well.
"That means so much to me. Thanks."
