A/N: I just want to make a note to people that read my story Just a Dream. I will be continuing it soon! I promise I will continue it as soon as I can. Please don't give up on my story!

This is just a one shot that I thought of while watching X2 last week and I wanted to write it as soon as I could before I forgot about it. Enjoy! Please review!

Rogue closed her eyes as she screamed. Seeing Logan get shot in the head was too much for her to handle right now. Her closed eyelids held back the tears from falling down her face. Somewhere in her heart, she knew he would probably be all right. She knew he could heal, but could he heal after being shot in the head?

As she sunk down to the porch of Bobby's house, she got a closer look at Logan's still face. He looked dead, and that scared her. To her, he seemed invincible. He had healed when she touched him before, back when she used his powers to heal herself when he stabbed her by accident while he was having a nightmare. He just had to pull through again. She needed him to.

Please Logan…be okay…I need you to be okay…

Rogue turned her head to look at Bobby next to her. Her feelings for him were true, she knew that. But she was beginning to realize that her feelings for Logan were stronger. Ever since that day she stowed away in his trailer, she could feel something between them. She knew that he just saw her as a kid and probably always would.

Please Logan…I need to know you will survive…

She reached out slowly with her gloved hand and lightly touched Logan's shoulder. Even through her gloves, she could feel his warmth. He always felt warm. She loved hugging him because he felt so warm. It was nice to hug someone knowing she wouldn't kill them with her touch. It was something that brought them together. He was the only person that could withstand her touch. Bobby tried his best, but it was such an awkward thing that got in the way of their relationship. Deep down, she knew it probably wouldn't last. Logan was the only one that she could have a healthy relationship with. She knew that, and wondered if deep down inside, he knew that too.

Please Logan…I need you…don't be dead…I need you…

Rogue was pulled from her inner thoughts by John egging on the cops. She watched in horror as he set cop cars on fire and created destruction. He was harming innocent people and it needed to stop. She quickly pulled off her glove and grabbed John's ankle and put out the fires. She could feel the power surging through her as she extinguished all the fire. Thankfully she was able to get the fire out and John didn't seem to suffer much harm from her touch.

The sound of the jet overhead lifted her hopes. Storm and Jean Grey were here to save them. Just at that moment, the bullet that had been lodged in Logan's head popped out and he slowly got to his feet. Rogue breathed a sigh of relief. Logan was okay and they were getting away from this horrible situation. They all walked to the jet and got on. Rogue tried to hide her smile as she watched Logan walking upright and healthy.

Please Logan…let us all survive this so someday I can tell you…I love you Logan…
