Elvendork

The GryffindorGals

A/N: You're probably all thinking that we've gone and moved to Alaska because its taken us so long to update. Yes, we're slackers. We admit it. And slackers never get anywhere in life. That's why right now we're siting in Alana's room and playing the Simpson's hit and run video game. Enjoy the story!

Dislcaimer: Under Pressure

"This is our last dance, this is ourselves. ." ~ Under Pressure, by Queen and David Bowie

Ummm... our creativeness for disclaimers is on vacation at the moment. WE DO NOT OWN HARRY POTTER!

Today was probably one of the days that you can truthfully say sucked.

Today was the one day that I just happened to forget my homework to arithmancy, and I also just happened to get a zero for the whole lesson for not being prepared.

Today was also the day that when I wanted to wind down with a hot, soothing shower, I find out that all the hot water is gone. All of it.

Maybe if I had done this any other day, I would've turned myself in to St. Mungo's, but instead, I marched on ahead down the corridors in my towel. I can't say I did this at all sanely, but I can tell you I was at least partially in my right mind.

Okay, er... Somewhat in my right mind anyway.

FINE! I AM COMPLETELY INSANE! ARE YOU SATISFIED!

And so thought the people who passed me in the hall. I peered behind me as one of them past by, and saw them quickly avert their eyes from my back and hurry along their way, probably to gossip to their little friends about the Head Girl storming down the hall in a bathrobe. This just made me quicken my pace. If I was going to flabbergast the whole school, I might as well do it full-out.

I don't think anything could've stopped me. The fat lady certainly seemed to think so, for she opened the portrait hole upon seeing me round the corner. I didn't even have my Heads badge on.

So, I continued fuming my way inside the Gryffindor Common Room, not having to slow my steadily increasing rapid pace.

My ears were pounding like drums, vibrating my entire head as I spotted my target.

Not stopping to pause, I headed over to the cause of this hellish day.

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME!" I yelled at him.

No response.

"I havn't been able to think! Well, yes, I have! About you!"

Still no answer.

I stared at his raven black hair, and then into his hazel brown eyes. He wouldn't even look back.

"WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?" I yelled exasperated.

"Err... Lily? Are you okay?" Remus asked from his perch by the fire.

I turned around.

"Does it look like I'm okay?" I asked, pointing at my face.

Just then Emily entered the room.

"Hey Lily!" she said, "I heard you screaming. Are you still fighting with him?" Emily's eyes averted to her point of disscussion.

I smacked myself on the head. "No, I'm just yelling at thin air!"

"Hey, Lily, you okay?" Sirius said as he made his entrance. He caught sight of me in my bathrobe and then him, and shut his mouth. "Oh..."

I turned my undivided attention back to him, but was inturrupted once more.

"Hey! What's going on?"

All heads turned in the newcomers direction.

I crossed my arms. "What does it look like, Potter?"

James crossed the room cautiously. I saw him peer around me to steal a glipse of the other side before nodding his understanding. "Another fight with Elvendork?" he asked.

I turned back to my black stuffed bunny. "He started it!"
