And now A Ninjago Christmas Story.

'Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house.

Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse.

The stocking were hung by the chimney with care.

But the strange thing was, nobody was there.

While all children in the land lay in their beds.

With visions of sugar plums dancing in their heads.

Adults settling down for the night.

The ninja went out to do what was right.

Down below many were cheering with a whistle.

As they hung up the holly, the garland, and tinsel.

Yes in the darkest regions of Ninjago.

Someone was putting on one evil show.

Somewhere in a cave on an island away.

Many a person despised Christmas day.

They hated it all the cookies, the fun.

They wanted it over, canceled, done.

What they despised most of all was that big red man.

And how he brung joy to all the land.

So what they will do on the Christmas eve.

They have made a machine to make the fat man leave.

The ninja swooped in to save the day.

Telling all the evil ones to clear the way.

They fought to protect the Christmas cheer.

They even kept quiet so no one had to hear.

The fire, the lightning, the earth, the ice,

were enough to convince them for one night to be nice.

When the fighting was down they ran out of sight.

Saying "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight"

"Oh come on Zero you gotta do better than that." Jay said tossing a pillow at Zira. "Hah, it's you tradition I just volunteered first." She said catching it and tossing it aside.

"She's got a point." Kai commented.

"Whatever.." Lloyd yawned rolling on his back. "I still say I win the gift-giving prize this year."

"You wish." Nya yelled.

"Mind reader." Zira said pointing to herself. "I will win."

Zane shook his head at her. "You still have to impress Sensei Wu to win it all. Besides you can't read all of our minds. Just strong feelings."

"and wants." Zira completed.

They group laughed. No one has been able to give Sensei a gift that impressed him for more than a minute.

"I got him this year." Cole said. "I will win."

"Unless its food related." Jay whispered causing more laughter.

"Hah!" Zira said laughing. "Cole wants to punch Jay in the face repeatedly. I got this in the bag."

"But I prefer wrapping paper." Lloyd said.

Zira rolled her eyes and looked outside the snow had fallen heavily on the mountains outside and the world was beautiful and white.

"Hey guys look." She said pointing to some floating light outside the window.

"Ninjago's annual Christmas lanterns release." Sensei walking out. "Truly beautiful."

The ninja turned to looks at Sensei.

"They remind us that besides the gift-giving, and stories. Christmas is a time of greater things. Like being with the ones who you love and hold dearly."

Nya and Jay both smiled at each other and he put his arm around her. Zira smiled again looking at the lights.

"And Zira." Sensei said.

Zira turned her head to Sensei and sent a puzzled look.

"Do you honestly think I need ANOTHER teapot?"
