"Jack, Jack; I'm scared." The little girl cried. "Its okay, its going to be fine." The boy reassured. "No its not!" She screamed. "It is, I promise; just believe in me." She pushed her long brown plait back behind her shoulder and nodded slightly as slowly the ice began to give way underneath her. She whimpered, her bottom lip quivering. "Jack..." She whispered, extending her arms, reaching for him. "Its ok, look, take three little steps forward. You're not going to fall in, I promise. Trust me." He smiled. She took a deep breath and slowly took the steps, one, two, three. The ice cracked and she looked up terrified at her older brother with wide blue eyes. Quickly he pulled her forwards, flinging her across the frozen over pond to her own safety. She smiled and the smile was returned back. Jack stood on the ice and began taking little steps when the ice underneath gave way. "Elsa!" He shouted as he plummeted under the water. Elsa watched in fear as her brother sunk to the bottom of the lake, her body was in shock and no tears could be forced to fall. She sat there, staring at the broken ice, a part of her expecting Jack to swim back up. But he didn't, as she began to break down in waves of tears her hair turned white, like snow; ice. A reminder of how her brother died. That it was her fault and would always be her fault.
