Starscream smiled ever so slightly to the little one in Arcee's arms. It was a young mech. After all, it was also his and Heartsnatcher's son. Knock Out decided to name him Chance. Starscream kissed the Sparkling's forehead. Starscream knew he would not see the Sparkling in a long time. The mech would be safe with Arcee and Knock Out, the child's godparents, and the Seeker twins. Skywarp and Thunder-Cracker would possibly be the second most important set of relatives the Sparkling would have.

Skywarp slowly walked in, mentally ripped apart after the news of Heartsnatcher's death and his departure from Cybertron. Starscream looked at his brother, his mentor, his protector and his best friend, "Skywarp, stay strong, my brother." Skywarp smiled sadly, "I am trying." Starscream lightly kissed his brother's cheek. Skywarp began crying like he had been told he was to be shot in front of the two Transformers. Arcee shook her head, "He's a bit torn up." Starscream pulled Skywarp to Starscream's chest.

Chance cooed quietly. Skywarp regained strength once more and could help but smile. The Seeker was blind, but he could identify the sound of his nephew's voice. After the miscarriage a few orns ago that left the Seeker maimed forever, Skywarp was attached to this new life more than to Thunder-Cracker, his lover. Heartsnatcher was right about everything. Even this beautiful moment, Skywarp thought to himself.

"Skywarp! Arcee!" Knock Out yelled, "Time to go!" Skywarp and Arcee briefly nodded to Starscream their farewell. Starscream cried silently into his hands as they left...
