The water flowed around her small and delicate body. Her long brown hair was gliding along the surface of the warm water. She wore a georgeous white dress, worthy of those with a high social standing to wear. The girl's eyes were closed as she breathed deeply, inhaling the sweet summer air with scents of rotting wood and rain in it's grasp.
"Saniae!" a slightly hoarse voice interrupted the girl's dreamlike state of being.
The girl's eyes swung open, revealing two beautifully ice blue eyes. She glanced at the direction in which she heard the voice and sighed, rolling those two eyes.
Her arms rose above her, dripping small droplets of water onto her tanned face and neck. She sighed and closed both of her eyes once again. She moved her arms in a graceful movement, circling both arms simutaniously.
The water around her began to ripple rapidly and rose in a small wave underneath her. The girl smirked slyly and continued concentrating on her work.
The wave of water began to freeze beneath her body, allowing her to sit and stand safely.
"Saniae!" the voice called, severely closer than the last time she heard it.
The girl jerked and swung open her eyes once again.
She looked down at the water underneath her feet. At that instant, the solidility of the water began to break apart. Her feet began to sink into ice turning back into liquid. The girl started to flail her arms in panic, making the water shift itself into several choppy waves.
A scream and a splash was heard shortly after to an older lady that was making her way to the pond.
"Saniae..." the woman sighed, the exact same voice that called for the girl all those times.
Please tell me if you'de like to see some more chapters. I know this is rather short, but this is just a result of boredom on a late Spring Break night.
