Disclaimer: I own none of the characters or worlds that are mentioned in this story.

Okay so this is officially my first story! Woohoo! I actually got done with this first chapter MUCH faster than I thought I would. Anyways, AN at the end.

The mood that the Elder Deities gave off around the table was that of disbelief and annoyance, with the exception of one very pleased individual, that god being Kami. The reason for his upbeat mood was because this had been the single greatest game of poker he had ever played in his lifetime, and he had been alive for a very long time. The game had started out normally like always where the group of Gods and Goddesses would come together in the space between spaces to play their game. Since money meant nothing to immortals, they instead bet favors. These favors usually meant giving something or someone to another deity. However, this millennia's game quickly spiraled out of control.

Kami had won every round. EVERY. FUCKING. ROUND. The other gods and goddesses would have accused him of cheating if it wasn't for their dealer, the massive dragon was known as Great Red. It was the sole inhabitant of the space between spaces and the most powerful being in existence. There was only one god who had ever even tried to cheat in a game before. He was quickly beat into submission by Red before being banished from ever playing again. Kami was then brought out of his thoughts when Red started announced the end of the game.

"Okay I think that's quite enough. I'm officially ending the game before it gets even more out of hand." The response to that was shouts of protests and groans from the other immortals who were angry they didn't win anything. They all quieted down in fear however when they received a low growl from the giant dragon. "You brats are lucky I even let it go on this long." It then turned to Kami who had a smug look on his face, "So, what are you going to do with all your winnings?"

Kami leaned back in his chair and looked at the other immortals who glared and looked apprehensively at him, which only made his smirk grow.

"Oh…only something I've wanted to do for a while now."

(The Next Journey)

As John floated among the debris, orbiting earth, he still was trying to come to terms everything. Cortana is gone. She had saved him from the bomb that destroyed the Didact's ship by sacrificing herself.

For the first time, in a long time, John was actually a little scared. Scared to be alone that is. Cortana had been his partner throughout the later years of the war against the Covenant. They had seen some the best and worst of each other. As much as he didn't want to, at first, they had developed a strong bond. He could really only compare such a thing to the ones he had with the late Sergeant Johnson and the Arbiter.

His face didn't show his pain of course, even if no one was around to see it, his years of extensive military training and service had disciplined him enough not to. That being said, he still didn't even try to contact any nearby UNSC personnel to come rescue him with his suit's radio. All he wanted to do was float and watch the jagged and burnt pieces of metal fly by.

That is until he started to feel a light burning sensation on the back of his neck. He didn't really pay any mind to it at first. The burning then started to get worse, however, and it was starting to spread.

John reached behind his neck to try and see if his suit had been cut, but everything felt normal back there and there were no alarms going off on his HUD. Regardless, the burning sensation was still spreading and getting hotter. It was getting so bad that it was making him writhe and growl in pain. The moment it completely enveloped him however, it all stopped. Just as John started he questioning it he was then blinded by a bright light.

It only lasted for a few seconds, but when the light cleared, the Master Chief had disappeared. Little did he know that something similar was a happening to a Sangheili that he was very familiar with.

(The Next Journey)

Kami whistled a tune he heard somewhere when he once visited the mortals of his dimension. He just couldn't feel anything but enjoyment as he worked. This was something that he had thought of a while ago.

'This is finally going to make things a bit more interesting,' he thought, 'Things have gone a little stale and predictable since that Zeref guy left the spotlight.'

He looked down at his list, checking of names as he went, "Okay let's see here…John-117. Check. Thel Vadum. Check. Ana Amari. Check…"

(Line Break)

The sun was just starting to rise in the Hidden Leaf Village, or what was left of it. The village's current state would shock any foreign visitor or merchant, what with the massive amount of damage to it.

It has been about two months since Pain's attack and a couple weeks since the Kage summit and the people of the Hidden Leaf were rebuilding after the assault. The only original structures that remained were the village's gates, the academy, and the Hokage monument. One would think that a massive number of casualties should have resulted from such an attack, and there would have been that many, if it wasn't for one Naruto Uzumaki. The savior of the Hidden Leaf.

Speaking of said blonde ninja, he was currently about to enter the Hokage's office after he was informed by an ANBU Black Ops member that Lady Tsunade wished to speak with him.

"Baa-chan I'm here," Naruto loudly announced as he opened the door to the office, "I was told you wanted to talk to me?" Naruto paused however when he saw Fukasaku, the toad sage and Naruto's teacher when it came to sage training. The toad was currently on the Hokage's desk, it seemed he was previously taking to Tsunade who was sitting behind the desk.

Fukasaku turned to the teen when he entered, "Naruto…its good to see you again," the toad gave him a mixture of a sad and nervous smile.

"Toad gramps!" Naruto exclaimed, "What are you doing here? Is everything okay on Mt. Myoboku?"

Fukasaku chuckled nervously at the blonde's questioning, avoiding eye contact, "Well…it seems that something has come up involving you personally."

Naruto grew confused at this, he looked up at Tsunade to see if she could explain why the toad seemed reluctant to talk. Tsunade gave him a shrug in response, "He wouldn't explain anything to me, he arrived here saying he needed to speak to you and wouldn't say anything until you were here."

This served to only make Naruto even more confused. "Gramps, if you needed to talk to me so bad why didn't you just summon me to Myoboku like last time?"

The old toad sighed, "I wanted you to come here because something is about to happen that will drastically change not even your life, but the lives of your friends, village, and even the shinobi world as we know it. I felt it would be best if Tsunade-hime heard this as well so I won't have to repeat myself."

Tsunade narrowed her eyes this. Naruto was like a son to her, and she would be damned if she was going to let anything bad happen to him again. Especially since they were just about to send him on his 'mission' so that they could save him from the upcoming war. "Is Naruto in danger?"

Again, Fukasaku sighed, "It depends on your definition of that word." He then turned to Naruto who had adopted a slight nervous to his expression along with his confusion. "Naruto, tell me, what do you know of gods in this world?"

Both Naruto and Tsunade became even more intrigued at the situation, what with how unusual the topic was becoming. They had initially thought that there was more trouble with the Akatsuki or the war in Tsunade's case. "Um…not much. I was never really a religious person, you know," Naruto responded, "But…my dad did summon the god of death to form the seal for the kyuubi on me, right? Are there more gods than just death?"

Fukasaku nodded his head, "Yes there are. There are quite a few actually. However, death and all the other gods and goddesses that most people know about are just your normal run of the mill deities. There is actually another tier of godhood above them. These beings are known as the elder gods and goddesses."

Tsunade and Naruto became shocked at this revelation. It really made one feel like an ant in the grand scheme of things. "Okay…so…what makes them different and why does this involve me?" Naruto asked.

"Well, to start, the deities that most people worship and are familiar with really only govern over whatever area the are a god of," Fukasaku answered, "Elder gods, however, are the beings that actually create the worlds and the people and things that live in them. They can also easily destroy it all if they wanted to."

Naruto was amazed at this and started to wander why he was involved with such beings. Tsunade however, only became more worried, she didn't like where this was heading.

"Now to answer your question about what they want with you, Naruto," the toad continued, "Well…from what I've been told…it's for a reason you may not like." Naruto's smile fell at this. "We were recently contacted by a messenger from our own Elder Goddess of a few things. They couldn't contact you directly because of a few rules it seems. You being the subject of the event that is, so they found a loophole." Fukasaku paused to prepare himself, he really did not want to say this. "It seems that our ruler, along with a lot of others from different worlds, lost a bet recently to another Elder God."

While Naruto became confused again, especially since the old told became more and more nervous the longer he talked, Tsunade started to tremble with anger. She could now see where this was going. "Naruto, I'm sorry…but you are going to be taken from us."

The blonde became shocked at this, "…What?"

(The Next Journey)

Kami continued to go off his list of the people he had won, "Let's see here, where were we? Ah there we are…Korra…why doesn't she have a last name? Oh well, check. Liara T'Soni. Check. Garrus Vakarian. Check. Rebecca Lee. Check. Alma Jokull. Check." He chuckled at that last one. Akatosh was always a very prideful god. Kami can only imagine how pissed he might be for stealing his Dragonborn.

He was cut out of his musings however when he sensed someone approach behind him, "Kami-sama?" He turned and saw one of his angels. He gestures for her to speak, "We now have all of the items you wanted."

Kami looked behind her, saw the pods, and grinned, "Good. Good. Should be quite entertaining when I drop them."

(The Next Journey)

Geralt glared at Avallac'h as he turned to him. The elven mage had a somber look to him, almost apologetic. Geralt didn't buy into it one bit though, not anymore.

"Geralt…so unfortunate…I'd hoped you wouldn't have to witness this."

"Where's Ciri?" Geralt angrily asked.

"Nearby. Listen-"

"Shut up," the witcher snapped, very annoyed with the elf. He drew one of the swords on his back and get into a fighting position. "I've heard enough of your bullshit. Draw your weapon, let's get this over with."

Avallach's expression saddened at this. He drew his sword like asked, but immeadiately threw it on the ground as he shook his head. Geralt looked at it, confused for a moment, before his glare hardened again.

"Not about to fall for that."

"Geralt please listen. I am not your foe. I am merely helping Cirilla."

"I don't believe you. Can't. Not after all that's happened."

"Will you believe me?" a woman's voice asked from the side. Geralt turned and saw his adoptive daughter walk into view. She was a beautiful young woman with ashen blonde hair, bright green eyes, and a scar on her left cheek. Geralt looked at her, surprised, as he put his sword back in its sheath. This was not how he expected this situation to go. "Avallac'h speaks the truth," Ciri explained, "I asked him to help me open the tower, because I aim to enter it."

The white frost raged outside of said tower, Avallac'h magic the only thing that is temporarily stopping the storm from reaching them.

"Didn't think it worthwhile to tell me, warn me of your plans?" Geralt asked.

Ciri seamed to shrink under his gaze, like a child would when being talked to sternly by their parent. "I'm sorry. I know, I should have…but I feared you'd not understand."

Geralt sighed, "Feels like I'm talking to Yennefer." He gave her a pleading look. "Leave with me. Please."

"I will Geralt. Once I emerge from the tower." Ciri looked away and said nervously, "If I emerge." She was referring to stopping the white frost, the storm that had blanketed thousands of other worlds and is threatening theirs now. Stopping it was something only a child of the elder blood, her, could do.

"Why the hell would you do this? The Wild Hunt's been defeated."

"The white frost has not," she replied. She looked to the storm outside and gained a determined expression. "The prophecies are true. I have seen worlds bound in ice. I know what awaits you. Only the Elder Blood can stop the white frost. Only I can…"

Geralt didn't want to hear any of it, however. "You don't have to make this sacrifice."

"You're wrong. The white frost is inevitable, it will come to freeze the worlds one after the other, eradicating all life. Only I can stop the destruction. I've given it much thought and made my decision."

Geralt was still defiant. He didn't want to put her in any more of harms way. "There's gotta be another way."

Ciri smiled, "What can you know about saving the world, silly? You're but a witcher." Geralt tried to come off with a possible answer, but in the end he couldn't. He tightened his fist and looked at her sadly. "This is my story, not yours. You must let me finish telling it."

Geralt couldn't do anything but stare. Before, finally, accepted the situation. "…Good luck, Ciri," he said sadly.

Tears started to gather in Ciri's eyes, "Perhaps I should have told you. I see now you might have understood."

A smile appeared on Geralt's face, "I know you better than you think." Ciri smiled, as well. "Don't keep me waiting."

Ciri looked at both her adoptive father and Avallac'h, who had been silent and standing to the side out of respect for the duo's conversation, nodding to the both of them. She turned to face her destiny, now more determined than ever.

However, before she could move, she started to feel a burning sensation of the back of her neck. She would have brushed it off if hadn't started to spread and grow hotter. Growling in pain, she dropped to her knees as she tried to scratch away the sensation.

"Ciri!?" Geralt exclaimed. He rushed over to her, concerned. Avallac'h, however, looked horrified as he saw a circular-rune looking symbol appear on the back of the girl's neck. The ancient elf immediately recognizing it from his years of travel and study.

"By the gods…" he muttered.

When the pain encompassed her entire body, Ciri let out a scream. A blinding light then came from her, causing the other two to look away. When it cleared however, the girl was nowhere to be seen.

"Ciri?!" Geralt called out, trying to find. When it became apparent that she wasn't there, he turned to Avallac'h. "Where is she?! What did you do?!"

The elf didn't answer at first, still too shocked at what just happened, before he slowly turned to Geralt with wide eyes. "She's been taken from us…"

(The Next Journey)

Ichigo Kurosaki was in a good mood as he walked through the streets of Karakura town. The whole fiasco with the Fullbringers was over. The more important thing, though, is the fact that he now has his soul reaper powers back. Not only that, but they're bigger and better than before.

For the first time in a while, he felt whole again. He felt like he had purpose again.

As the tall-orange haired teen made a turn to an area between two buildings, he couldn't help but smile. In front of him was Kisuke Urahara's shop. The residence of two of his teachers.

Kisuke himself was in front of the shop, seemingly taking a nap with his green and white hat covering his face. Ichigo quietly walked up to him and was about to get his attention before his teacher beat him to it.

"Hello Ichigo. It's been a while since you've visited," Kisuke said.

The substitute soul reaper raised an eyebrow, "Did you hear me coming. I was actually trying to be quiet."

The blonde-haired man chuckled as he removed his hat and sat up. He looked at Ichigo with amusment, "I wasn't really asleep, just closing my eyes for a bit. Besides, I sensed you coming a few minutes ago. Your horrible control over your spiritual energy along with how big it is makes you stand out like a beacon."

Ichigo rolled his eyes at the man, "Whatever."

Kisuke's smile grew as he placed his hat back on, "So what do I owe the pleasure of your visit at my fine establishment today?" he asked sarcastically.

"What I can't come to visit every now and then?" Ichigo responded.

"Of course, you can. You just haven't done so since the regai incident."

Ichigo gained an apologetic look at that. It's true that he avoided this place since then, over a year ago. "Yeah…I've come to thank you for helping me get my powers back, along with apologizing to you."

Kisuke chuckled at that, "Well what do you say we go inside and talk a bit, eh?"

Ichigo smiled again, "I'd like that."

As they sat around the man's table, drinking tea, Ichigo asked where everyone else was.

"Tessai took Ururu and Jinta to a soccer match earlier. They should be back around dark," Kisuke answered.

"And Yoruichi?" Ichigo asked, curious about his other teacher.

"Right here," a stern voice said behind him. Ichigo turned and saw the dark-skinned beauty glaring at him. "I see you remembered us."

The teen scratched the back of his head sheepishly, "Yeah…sorry about that. Its good to see you."

Yoruichi continued to give Ichigo a hardened stare before she sighed and smirked, "Honestly, Ichigo you really know how to make us worried about you," she said as she sat down with them.

The three continued to talk and drink tea for a while as they caught up. The two adults even getting Ichigo to drink some sake with them.

"So, what are you going to do now?" Kisuke asked, "Are you going to start patrolling for hollows again?"

Before Ichigo could answer, however, he started to feel a burning sensation around the back of his neck. He looked over and saw that Yoruichi was starting to become uncomfortable as well.

Kisuke was confused at their actions, "Are you two okay?" he asked, "We didn't drink that much, did we?"

He became concerned, however, when they started to groan in pain. Both of them were seemingly become worse as they tried to claw at the back of their necks. Just when the two started to yell, though, a bright light blinded Kisuke. When he opened them, he was shocked to see them gone.

(The Next Journey)

Percy was literally at a loss for words.

Godhood. He had just been offered Godhood.

The second war against the titans had just been won, with Percy leading the demigods. It had been hard, and a lot of his friends had died. He had almost died. The memory of him taking a dip in the River Styx was still fresh in his mind. It was over now, though. And because of his actions, the Olympians had just offered him the chance to become a God.

Percy looked back at his friends, his fellow demigods who had fought with him. They all looked at him happily, believing that their leader more than deserved this. He then looked up at his father, Poseidon. The god had nothing but pride in his eyes.

A part of Percy really wanted to take it. Everything could be so much easier. He could give his mother and stepfather a better life. The more he thought about it, though, the more he thought about the other demigods like him and the ones who had it harder. With that in mind, he decided that he could wish to give them a better life instead.

Just as he was about to give Zeus his answer however, he stopped when he saw the shocked looks on the Olympians. He looked back at the other demigods present, and while they didn't looked as shocked as the gods, they were giving him weird faces as well.

The Gods where freaking out, however, the magic that they were feeling was that of an Elder God. It also didn't help that the symbol that appeared on the back of Percy's neck was from a foreign one.

"Percy…" Poseidon called out. Fearful for his son and not knowing what to do.

Percy looked at his father in confusion. He still didn't know what was going on. Little did he know that the effects of swimming in the Styx was blocking the pain that he should have been feeling.

Then, a light originating from Percy blinded everyone. When it cleared the demigod was no longer there.

"Brother!" Poseidon turned to Zeus, "What's going on?!"

The kind of Olympus sat on his throne mouth agape trying to come to a conclusion of what just happened, "…we need to call for Lady Chaos."

(The Next Journey)

Rias Gremory stood off to the side with her peerage as they witnessed history. For the first time in hundreds of years, the leaders of the three biblical factions started their meeting. Her brother, Sirzechs Lucifer, and Serafall Leviathan represented the devils, Azazel being the voice for the Fallen Angels, and Gabriel talking for heaven.

While the war between the three had ended almost a thousand years ago, there had never been a definitive peace. There were many skirmishes when one species saw the other and never much interaction besides that. Now, however, these talks were happening to try and establish that peace.

The redheaded devil looked at her peerage and couldn't help but feel proud that they all were invited to such an event.

Everyone stopped however when they felt a foreign source of magic enter the room. Sirzechs looked to his little sister fearfully when they realized it was coming from her. That fear only became worse when he saw her double over in pain. Nearly everyone was on edge with this new development, some wondering if another faction had the balls to make an attack during such an important event. Just when it looked like the devil teenager was about to pass out from the pain, however, they were blinded by a light from the girl and when it cleared they were shocked to find her gone.

"What the hell just happened?!" Issei Hyoudou, Rias' pawn, exclaimed.

(The Next Journey)

Jon Snow stood at the head table of Winterfell stunned as the other Lords of the exclaimed called him the King in the North.

It has been a few days since the Battle of the Bastards, as many people were calling it, and Jon had called all of the other Northern houses who helped him defeat Ramsay and his army and take back the Stark's home. They Reachmen were also present, however they did not partake in the chanting. In fact, they were mostly here for Sansa, Jon's half-sister.

He gave her a questioning look, silently asking if he should accept the title or not. She smiled at him and nodded her head.

The bastard stood up and looked at all those present. The one's who were still chanting slowly quieted, expecting him to give a speech before accepting the position.

Jon mentally sighed, however. He was again, being given a position he didn't really want. He would accept it, of course, but only because he knew that the other lords wouldn't accept anyone else. Besides maybe Sansa, but he didn't want to give her that pressure. Especially after all she's been through.

Just as he was about to talk however, he started to feel a pain on the back of his neck. A pain that many others across the plains of existence had also recently felt. Jon tried to push through it but the burning sensation was starting to spread across his body and become hotter.

"Jon?" Sansa asked her brother in concern, "Are you okay?"

The other people in the room could also see that their hero was in quite a bit of pain.

Jon then suddenly fell to his knees and clutched the back of his neck. Many rushed to him, thinking that he had been poisoned. Sansa, however, was shocked when she saw a burning mark on her brother where he was holding.

A bright light then blinded the inhabitants of Winterfell's hall as Jon gave out one last painful cry. When the light cleared however, many became shocked that Jon Snow, the man that came back from the dead and won the North, was gone.

(The Next Journey)

Kami smiled as he sent one of his angels to inform the gods and goddesses of his dimension the events that are about to unfold. He was sure that some of them would be angry at the news as they would no doubt interfere with their own plans. Kami honestly couldn't care, however. While, yes, he had been quiet for a long time, choosing to simply watch the events that transpired in the lives of the mortals. That had the unfortunate side effects of his underlings to believe they had freer reign over what they could do when he didn't stop a few of them from doing more questionable acts. Now, however, it was his turn to have fun. If the gods and goddesses didn't like that, then he would just have to remind them who is really in charge.

"Now let's see here who all is left?" Kami asked himself as he looked back at the list. "Cirilla Fiona Elen Riannon…damn that's a long name. Check. Ichigo Kurosaki. Check. Yoruichi Shihoin. Check. Percy Jackson. Check. Rias Gremory. Check. Ahsoka Tano. Check. Aayla Secua. Check. And that Bloom girl…why can't I find her last name?" Kami asked himself as he looked through a file he had been given about her. He had actually been given one on every person he had requested. He scanned through until he read a certain line, "Ah…that's why. Can't believe I missed that before. Oh well. Check."

Kami's smile grew with every name he crossed off, "Only one more now, only one more until the fun begins."

(The Next Journey)

Sometimes Naruto really hated his healing factor. He realized a couple hours ago that he actually can't get drunk, alcohol basically goes through his system like water. That doesn't mean he didn't try his damndest though.

As he downed his eightieth cup of sake, Tsunade could only look at him with exasperation. Probably because she loves to drink and realized her godson can outdo her. Naruto laughed at her reaction before turning to everyone else present. They were all here, every person who was close to him in the village.

When Fukasaku had finished explaining the situation, Naruto was very close to crying; Tsunade actually did after she rushed over to hug him. Naruto felt like he was being treated like property, which was another bad experience. Especially after he had been called a demon for the majority of his life by most of the villagers. Just when everything seamed to be going his way, however, just when he had saved the village and gained everyone's respect, some stupid gods had to come and ruin it all. His dream to become Hokage was now essentially destroyed. He honestly felt a broken.

Tsunade, however, wanted to make his last moments with them some of his best. So, she quickly contacted made some plans, contacted a few people, and brought Naruto to his favorite place in the village: Ichiraku's ramen. For the past five hours he had been eating and partying with his friends.

People's reaction to the whole situation was different. Sakura hugged him while crying and could not stop saying how sorry she was. Kakashi, who was crying a little as well, told him that he had failed him as a teacher and asked for forgiveness. Naruto punched the man in his gut for even saying such a thing and instead thanked him for being his sensei. Shino, Tenten, Ino, and Choji all mostly told him how happy they were to have him as their friend and wished that they had gotten closer. Neji actually bowed to Naruto as thanked him for knocking sense into him when they younger and saving him from going down a darker path. Lee, predictably, cried manly tears and exclaimed about youth and Naruto's next journey. Kiba actually tried to hide his sadness by messing with the blonde as they usually do, but Naruto could see that he was trying very hard to not let it go and hug him. There were a lot of other people who said goodbye to him as well in their own ways, Teuchi and Ayame, the other senseis, Shizune, even that crazy Anko lady.

The hardest person to say goodbye to though, was definitely Hinata. During the party the girl had pulled Naruto aside with a surprising amount of confidence that surprised the blonde. When they were alone though, she proceeded to ball her eyes out into his chest as she muttered how unfair everything was. Naruto remembered when she told him she loved him just before he went into his Kyuubi rampage against Pain. He also remembered how she was kindest person to him in his life, even when she saw all the other villagers scorn him. After she calmed down a little, Naruto thanked her for everything and gave her a kiss before they went back to the party.

"So, explain to me again what's going to happen to him again," Kiba asked Fukasaku, who had decided to stay with them until it was the blonde's time to leave.

Around them the party was winding down quite a bit. A massive pile of bowls from all of the ramen that was eaten by everyone. That being said, there was still a large number of shinobi all crowded around and in the restaurant, all of them wanting to be there when its time.

The old toad sighed, "To be honest I'm not entirely sure. We were lucky that our Elder Goddess actually found that loophole and informed us. I'm sure that the other people that are also in Naruto's situation didn't get that opportunity. We were informed though that when it is time, the Elder God's mark will appear somewhere on his body."

Everyone grew quiet at that. Naruto took that opportunity to reflect on what he had learned during the party. First off, the war. That was something that he was very angry about. That damn Madara guy had declared war on the elemental nations, all for the Eight and Nine-Tails. The two bijuu he didn't have yet. Naruto was angry that he wouldn't helping the people who are going to be fighting for him. Although, he also found it funny. With him gone, the war would be pointless. It was almost peotic, a big universal middle finger to Madara.

The other big thing he learned though, was the identity of his mother, Kushina Uzumaki. He actually cried a little when Tsunade showed him her photo. The red and beautiful would be ingraved in his mind forever. He also laughed when Tsunade told him that while he looked almost exactly like his father, his personality was that of his mother's.

'Hey Kyuubi,' Naruto tried to contact the Fox, 'I know we're hardly on speaking terms, but this situation involves you just as much as me. What do you think about it?'

He didn't receive any response for a while, and just when he was about to give up, he heard the Fox's loud grumbling in his mind. 'I will admit I'm both intrigued and happy with it. I've lived in this world for a very long time, it will be refreshing to experience this in my opinion. Even if I'm sealed within you while it happens….Don't think that means I'm gonna get all buddy-buddy with you though, alright!?'

Naruto rolled his eyes at the bijuu's response before he turned to his sensei who seemed to be trying to get his attention.

"So, Naruto, any regrets?" Kakashi asked.

Naruto thought about it and realized that while life was hard in the beginning, he wouldn't trade his experiences for anything. "Honestly? No not really. I'm just sad I can't say goodbye to Sasuke."

There was a round of nods and sad smiles from everyone before Tsunade stood up, "Well, I know we've already done so countless times tonight, I want to toast this amazing young man one more time before he goes." Everyone smiled and got their cups before they stood up as well.

"To Naruto!" Tsunade shouted.

"To Naruto!" Everyone yelled and clinked their glasses together.

However, after they drank from their cups and began sitting back down, the blonde ninja noticed a burning sensation on the back of his neck. 'Kit…its time,' the Kyuubi announced to his host. It seemed the Fukasaku noticed as well.

"Everyone!" the toad yelled gaining their attention, "It is happening."

All those gathered gained saddened expressions as they looked the blonde who was gripping the back of his neck and looked to be in pain.

"Remember boy," Fukasaku exclaimed, "Try to summon us when you get there!"

"And Naruto," the teen looked up at Tsunade who had cupped his face in her hands and regained tears in her eyes, "Know that we will always love you and you will always be in our hearts!"

Tsunade then kissed his forhead like she had all those years ago. What followed was Naruto yelling in pain before a blinding light caused everyone to look away.

When the light disappeared, everyone saw that their favorite hyperactive-knucklehead ninja was gone.

"Good luck, Naruto," Tsunade whispered.

(The Next Journey)

"And finally…Naruto Uzumaki. Check," Kami said as he crossed off the last name.

So close, he's finally about to start the story he has planned. He walked over to another side of the room he was in and looked into what looked like a prison cell, the difference being the it was all glass and there was magical energy being pumped into the large enclosure.

"I'll be right back everyone. Just got to make a few last-minute checkups. Hopefully you'll all be awake by then."

Heeey! I hoped you liked it. I had a ton of fun writing this first chapter. So I was actually inspired to write this from 2 good 2 kill's New Horizon. If you all haven't checked that one and his other stories out then I highly recommend you do so.

So for the characters, no I am absolutely not budging on the ones I have mentioned so far. I have a very good idea of what I want to do with all of them. I might add others later on, though that will be quite a ways away.

Now if you don't know who everyone is, besides googling them, I will go more into all of them the next chapter.

And finally, update wise. I have absolutely no idea how long it will be until the next chapter comes out. Since this is my first story there is no average time of wait I can give you. I promise I will try my hardest to get it out as soon as possible though.

Again thanks for reading.
