Light Reading
Lisa Park is a voracious reader – of books as well as men. People, actually, people in general. People and books – they have so much in common. You shouldn't judge them by their cover or outward appearance, because it might be the raggedy ones, or the ones who look like the least interesting that might become your favorite. Lisa has been with a good number of women, too, and sometimes there is just that something that neither Dale or Ronald, her favorite tomes, can give her: a deep understanding of what it means to be a woman, an instinctual knowledge of what feels good, breasts against breasts, alternating, like pages in a book.
But tonight she's into a little light reading.
Spooning back against Ronald, feeling him warm and hard inside of her still, his panting breath tickling the soft hair on the back of her neck, she pulls Dale closer, tucks her head under his chin, hears the soft noises of lips on lips, kissing, above her.
And she dances her fingertips across Dale's chest, through the smattering of curly ginger hair, tracing letters on his love-damp skin, a story, a poem, perhaps. And she runs her palm over his scar, knowing a part of Ronald is always inside him, a paragraph of his life, forever together.
She wishes, sometimes, that she could give something to them both, something so important and vital. Because for the time being they are her eyes, the ones that read for her, see for her, guide her.
And she loves them more than she can comprehend.
Three chapters. A little light reading.
It's Lisa's favorite book.
