I am so sorry that I messed up the editing of the other chapter. But I fixed this one and added an ending.
Cammie's POV
I ran to get in the way of the bullet, but I was to late. I stood there tears streaming down my face, looking at my dad dead with a bullet piercing his chest. My only thought was, I could have saved him.
Then I woke up, it was 12:49 and I couldn't go back to sleep. I walked to my favorite passageway, I thought I heard someone calling my name but forgot about it. I started thinking about my dream. I someone put their hand on my shoulder i tried to flip then, note I said tried. But they countered their weight and turned me around. I was met with emerald green eyes. "Zach?" I whispered.
"Hey Gallagher Girl why so jumpy?"
"You would be too if someone snuck up behind you."
"I called your name three times."
"Oh." I started to think of my dream, the bullet, my dad surrounded in a pool of blood dying. I felt tears in my eyes threatening to fall. I was about to wipe them before they fell, but Zach grabbed my hands and held onto them.
"Gallagher Girl, what's wrong?"
"Nothing." I tried, but failed.
He took my face in his hand, so that I would have to look at him.
"Cammie," Zach whispered "what's wrong?"
I couldn't hold it anymore, I left the tears fall. Zach picked me up and laid me down on the sofa. He put my head in his lap, then I told him about my dream. He stayed quiet for 20 seconds then sat up and hugged me. He held me until I stopped crying. Then he kissed me and I kissed him back, after about 2 minutes and 3 seconds we pulled away. He kissed my forehead and go up to leave, but I grabbed his arm.
"Can you stay?"
"Gallagher Girl I can-" I gave him my puppy dog face, that I knew he couldn't resist.
"Fine, but you have to sleep." He sat back down, I put my head in his lap. I fell asleep listening to his even breathing, while he played with my hair.
Should I continue with this or keep it a one shot?
