Chaos. Panic. Disorder. My empire reflected that currently, with division among the ranks everywhere. Most of the Control Spires are destroyed, fragments of data returning from whence they came. If it wasn't for my quick thinking, I would have lost all of the controlled Digimon. But I didn't, the Dark Spirals saved most of them. With their power great enough to run independently from the Spires, the empire could expand like never before. I would take over what was left of this world, as one continent couldn't hold my grandeur for long. My rightful place as ruler of a world, possibly even more. And when that Motomiya kid was killed, it only got easier.
Then he assumed leadership, causing this chaos, panic, and disorder. He shattered this hope for my immediate ascension. With his Armor Digimon--circumventing the power of my black Digivice--he destabilized the power structure of the Spirals, splitting the empire into thirds. I ruled one part, he led another, the third unguided, chaotic, and resisting absorption into either super power. Daily clashes between our forces broke off trade routes, weakening the front lines. Rumor has it he even brought some of his forces into the Real World, just so he could open another port and attack a strategic base. But would he be daring enough to bring Digimon to the Real World in the first place? Possibly.
Fighting each other is so tiresome. Why can't they just realize I'm superior? They really should, no one is that stupid. Just to prove my power to them, I'll create my own Digimon. Yes, that will show them. I've been collecting data for two months now, and it is almost time to reveal it. All I need now is one powerful Digimon to top it off. I had considered a Devimon, but why something that only talks, never does? An Ultimate would do, but one of those elusive Mega Digimon would be best.
The Digital World is too small for more than one to rule it. I am the only logical choice, and all will see that. Seeing them writhe in pain will be the best, much like me, as Death pulls it its black veil over them. I, Yolei Inoue, the Digimon Empress, will not stand for interference. That Ken boy is no exception. I will pay heed to no one, as is my right to do so. Nothing will stand in my way. Nothing...
