Chapter one:
"Ah what a lovely day! Don't you think so Inu-Yasha?" Kagome said sweetly. "Yea whatever." "Oh Inu-Yasha don't be so grumpy!" Shippo said hopping on Kagome's lap. "Shippo if you say one more word I'm going to really hurt you!" "Inu-Yasha! Leave Shippo alone, he's right you should cheer up!" "She has a point" Sango agreed. "All of you SHUT UP! We are not here to have a good time we are trying to find the last jewel shared!"
"I know, but we just came out of such a hard battle, and your wounds aren't even healed yet Inu-Yasha!" "Feh! These are nothing! They are just scratches!" "Yea, yea that's what you always say." Shippo commented. The others just laughed. "Hmmm? Miroku what's wrong you haven't said anything all day." "Sorry Sango, it's just there is something very evil in the air."
Meanwhile over at a castle deep in the forbidden forest. "Ah welcome Susshoumaru I've been expecting you!" "Yes I'm sure you have Naraku, but here is where you will meet your end. Tell me where you have hidden Rin." "Haha Susshoumaru you are such a fool." "Don't mock me Naraku, you will fall." Susshoumaru jumped into the air and attacked Naraku. One of Naraku's arms reached out and stopped him dead in the air. Susshoumaru split the arm right in half.
As the continued to fight a figure up in the trees was watching. Watching to make its move. Susshoumaru and Naraku continued to battle it out. Susshoumaru's keen sense of smell kicked in and he pulled away from Naraku. "Tell me Susshoumaru, way is it that you back down? Have you finally realized I can't be beat." There was a quiet pause. "No, you're a fool Naraku, we are not alone." Naraku's eyes widened at his remark. "Damn it! He's right, some one is watching us in the trees. Why didn't I sense that before?" He thought to himself. "It seems that you are right Susshoumaru. Let us see who our guest is. Shall we?" Naraku cut down that branch that the visitor was sitting on.
Standing there on the ground was Kikyo! "Well done Naraku." She said pointing her bow and arrow at him as the branch hit the ground be hide her. "Kikyo, what do you want." "Naraku, don't you want the last jewel shared?" Naraku eyes widened. "You have the last jewel shared? Give it to me Kikyo!" "As you wish Naraku!" Susshoumaru was suddenly no where to be found. Kikyo amid her bow and arrow at Naraku and let it go. It went right thought the center and left a hole. Little did Naraku know that the jewel shared was on the arrow. He yelled out in pain. As a vortex began to form around and be hide him. "Kikyo! What have you done!"
