Mari stood out of her room's balcony, letting the shining moon make her blue hair glisten into the night. She tried to keep tears from falling from her eyes. It was the 27th of July. The day Sieghart died. No, not died, committed suicide. She just stared into the moon, thinking that it was Sieghart's face. For a few seconds, it seemed like Sieghart was actually there, which made Mari utter a few begs and cries. They were all hopeless, knowing that Sieghart was gone. His soul that was once immortal was now at rest up in the sky.

Her azure eyes were all tearful, knowing the fact that Sieghart committed suicide because of her. She remembered that night like no other. The day when the immortal who lived 600 years, committed suicide.

Flashback

"Mari...Mari...listen to me..please..." Sieghart begged, trying to get Mari's attention. Mari just stared at him with cold eyes. There was only anger in her, no pity nor love. "Mari...please..." he muttered putting an arm on her shoulder. Mari stopped in her tracks. Then she grew into another fit of rage. "No Sieghart...Today there will be no forgiveness...NO FORGIVENESS!" She exclaimed to the immortal. Sieghart at first was silent. Then he slowly walked past Mari to the door. Before he walked out, he said a few words. "I love you...and I'm sorry..." he muttered. His face was filled with despair. He was actually sorry, but Mari had been through enough with Sieghart to say a word to him.

Mari thought about her actions, and soon realized that she caused pain. Pain that Sieghart could invert to kill himself. She remembered one thing. Sieghart told her that since he was immortal, no one can kill him, but if he decided to commit suicide, he could. "Oh no..." She muttered.

Few Hours Later...

Mari approached the immortal's body, tears in her eyes. "Sieghart...you...you..." she couldn't bring herself to say it. Sieghart smiled and chuckled. "Yea...I commited suicide...It's the price for leaving you more than once..." he said weakly. He placed his hand on Mari's hand. "I love you..." he muttered, taking his last breath. His head soon rested into the blood soaked grass as the rest of the Chase approached Mari. They were all shocked. "I..I love you too.." Mari said, bursting into tears.

"Why had I hurt you so much Sieghart? You didn't deserve it! You were the best person who came into my life, and I ruined it!" she managed to say, bursting into more tears. She stared back into the moon. She began to see Sieghart. "Sieghart?" Mari questioned to the moon. Sieghart's spirit nodded, lending out a hand to get her, but it was no use. For Mari was alive and Sieghart was dead.

"I..I can be with you?" she muttered. The spirit nodded. Then Mari made the decision. "I'll be with you now..." she muttered, jabbing a knife into her heart. It hurt, yet it was worth it, for now she would be with her love, Sieghart, and they would be together forever...
