Introduction
HOOKAY, SO: Yes, this story plot is EXTREMLY random. It's about two of the ducks having a project which consists of playing the Oregon Trail. So weird, I know. But, hey it may not be half bad. And aren't we all just a LITTLE bit weird? Yeah, admit it. Besides, the Oregon Trail rocks and the Mighty Ducks rock. So it all works out. And if you think the story sucks, well...then don't read it. If you think it's amazing then press that bluish-purple button down there and say so. Enjoyyyy!
"Whatever happened to school being fun? Trust me, it's a question I get a lot." Miss Martin sat at the edge of her desk, giving a speech to her freshman American History class. "And believe me when I say that I have absolutly no idea."
"Oh, I believe you." Charlie Conway lifted his head from the arm it had been resting on.
"So, I'm switching things up." A smile crossed Miss Martin's lips. She reached into her desk, pulling out a CD-ROM.
"Oh my gosh!" Julie Gaffeny's face lit up and she instantly recognized the CD's case.
"The Oregon Trail. I'm sure you are all familar with this." A few "yes!"es could be heard throughout the room.
"You are all to pick one partner- we don't have enough for each of you- and the both of you are to create a party that successfully makes the journey to Oregon. On the way, you are to take notes on animals, plants, medicine, etc. You will hand in the notes in about two weeks, and they will count as your 'Oregon Trail Test grade'. Any questions?"
As Miss Martin looked around, all she could see were excited faces.
"Good. Then get to work."
Charlie and Julie immediatly moved toward each other. Being the only ducks in the class, they had to stick together.
SUCKERS! Everyone else is gonna be pissed when they find out we have such an easy assignment.
I want a burger.
