Summery: One night can change someone's life forever. When Buffy finds something that will change her life forever will she be able to handle it? Especially if Spike is the cause of that something.
Chapter 1
"Where are you from again?" Buffy asked Spike. She had met him earlier.
"I'm from England. How about you luv?" Spike asked her. He was on a trip and would have to leave soon and didn't want to.
"Right here. I actually live a few minutes from here." Buffy laughed and so did Spike.
"Really? Well, then I suppose you must want to get home soon. I mean, wont your mother worry?" Spike asked her.
Buffy frowned. She was only eighteen and guys though that she still lived with her mother because she looked like she was only sixteen. "My mother died last year, I live with my friend and sister."
Spike's smile disappeared. "I'm sorry pet, didn't know. Hope your friend and sisters nice." He said with the smile coming back.
"Yeah they are." Buffy said. She smiled back at him and then her kissed her.
"Wow." Was all she could say. When they kissed sparks flew.
"Yeah, wow." Spike said before he kissed her again and soon they were in a serious make out session in his hotel room.

The next day Spike rolled over on his bed and saw Buffy. He smiled and kissed her gently to wake her up. Her eyes opened and she smiled at him.
"Buffy, I'm so sorry but I have to leave in two hours." Spike told her rolling out of bed and started putting stuff in his suitcase.
"What? Why? Where are you going? Buffy asked confused and hurt. She rolled out of bed also and went around the room to him.
"I'm on a business trip, I was only here to sign books. I'm going back to England." He explained while not looking at her and he continued packing.
"Oh, I'd better get home, they must be so worried about me." Buffy said while looking at her watch.
"Oh, ok well then, I hope to see you again sometime. It was nice to meet you Buffy Anne Summers." Spike said and then hugged her and kissed her on the cheek.
"You to Spike William Giles." Buffy said hugging him back and kissing him also.
She left his room and felt hot tears coming down her cheeks. She ran the rest of the way home not worried about her sister or friend who might have wondered where she was all night.
