-----GABY POV------

My name is Gabryelle Alysé. I moved here to Forks after what is more commonly known as "The Incident"…

I used to live in Hawaii and I loved the sun, but here in Forks is fairly dreary. However, the rain…the rain is comforting. I love the feeling as it runs down my body; I'm very in touch with nature.

I walked into my new school and saw heads turning. I just hid and accidentally flicked my hair, wetting the nearest girl by accident. I apologized, but she seemed mad at me. I felt bad about it and shrunk even further into my coat.

Suddenly, a bronze-haired specimen of perfection popped out from behind a partition and cut me off.

"HEY! Didn't your mother teach you any manners?"

I may not be too confident, but I will come out of my shell if someone wrongs me.

He blinked twice and seemed dazed. He snapped out of it and apologized.

"I'm terribly sorry; I don't know what came over me."

His voice was like dark chocolate, rich and smooth. He left quite suddenly though and I was left wondering as the population of Forks High crowded past me to get to class…

-----EDWARD POV-----

I don't know how, but I somehow managed to be late to Science class. Out of the corner of my eye I noticed a girl, but I couldn't hear her properly. Out of nowhere, I heard:

"HEY! Didn't your mother teach you any manners?"

I turned around and saw a beautiful creature staring me in the face. She had creamy tanned skin, dark auburn hair that was curled by the rain, and a pair of fiery violet eyes staring into my matching topaz ones. I tried to hear her thoughts, but I only felt a faint imprint of her feelings. I finally remembered what I had stopped for and managed to force out an apology.

"I'm terribly sorry; I don't know what came over me."

I hurried to class, shaken by the perfection and mystery of the girl- no, the angel, in the hall. I quickly shook myself out of it, I was going to see Bella soon. I felt my phone vibrate, a text from Alice.

*We need to talk.*

I sat down in class, started to talk to my beloved and tried to erase the image of that girls' passionate eyes from my head...

-----BELLA POV-----

FINALLY! Another new girl, maybe Mike would find someone new to obsess over...

There was Edward, he looked... worried and anxious. I pretended not to notice and just went on as normal. I would find out what was bothering him...

I don't think it's very good just yet, but I'm just trying to write a stereotypical Sue fic. Let me know if I've succeeded or failed miserably!
