Summary: Hermione Granger is in a serious car accident with none other than Lavender Brown. What drama will ensue when a concerned Ronald Weasley finds out?
A/N: This is very short as it is only an introduction into the story!
Prologue.
Hermione Granger was not happy! Oh no-she was quite the bloody opposite! How she even landed herself in this position was beyond her! Well that's a lie – she does know how she got in this hell like situation! All fingers pointed at a certain red-headed man named Ronald Weasley! 'The stupid prat!' she the thinks to herself. But her thoughts are interrupted by the annoying person seated beside her!
'Could you play some music?' a very irritated Lavender Brown asks. Hermione sighs to herself. When Ron asked her to give the bimbo a lift she must have been confounded or worse had the imperius curse shot at her , because there was no way in hell her normally logical mind would agree to this! Except she does know why she did this. She couldn't say no to Ron. She was in-love with the git and that fact sucked! Did he love her back? NO! Well at least not anymore. Yes-they had kissed once! But with all the post-war stress she left it too late to discuss it! Soon enough they were dating other people and now at the age of 24 he was in a long term relationship with Lavender Brown. Even Harry and Ginny ,who often teased her about Ron had given up on the two! Hermione sighs again.
'No lavender-I like silence!' she snaps back.
'Well I don't!' Lavender hisses back and presses play on Hermione's I-Pod making the sound of loud music fill the small car.
'My car-my rules!' Hermione says coldly pressing pause as she squeezes the stirring wheel tightly.
'Loosen up Hermione!' Lavender whines pressing play again! Hermione feels like she is about to explode and presses pause. Lavender glares at her and presses play! The 'Battle of the buttons' goes on for a good five minutes before Hermione's I-Pod falls beneath her feet whilst driving.
'Well done Lavender!' Hermione hisses before reaching down to pick it up, completely forgetting her position as driver. She fiddles around for a few seconds before the car swerves. Lavender screams as Hermione whips her head up just in time to see a bright light heading towards her. Then everything goes black.
A/N: Like I said its sooo short but I just wanted to give you a taste of the accident before I got into the story. It also gives an insight into the current state of R/HR's relationship as well as the differences between Lavender and Hermione.
The next chapter is written and shall be up in the next two days. I have a strong feeling that I will actually finish this story!
