To Put A Smile On Your Lips

Ezra bit his lip as he locked his class room door, the blinds were already down and he told anyone that needed to know that he was going out for lunch. "Ezra, I thought you said we weren't going to fool around at school," Aria said, a small smile on her lips. Smiling, Ezra turned to her.

"We're not." He says, he takes her hand and leads him into the small office at the back of his class room. "You seemed sad earlier, I wanted to make you smile." He whispers. He bites his lip waiting for Aria to comment on what she saw before her.

The small cramped office had been moved around, all the furniture had been pushed to the back, and on the floor was a red sheet a few pillows that looked as though they had been taken from the guidance councillors office. A selection of food from the canteen was in a basket in the middle, and flowers from the gardens in a coffee mug.

"I didn't really have time for roses," Ezra says watching as she stares at it, still not having said a word to him. Feeling nervous now, Ezra looks down. "I...I probably shouldn't..." When he feels hands on his face he looks up and, Aria smiles at him before pressing close and kissing him softly. Ezra smiled against her lips and wrapped his arms around her, pulling her even closer.

"It's great. Really." She smiles resting against him. Ezra sighs in relief and pulls her down onto the floor and sitting her between his legs. "I can't believe you did this for me." She whispers, her mind still reeling in disbelief.

"You just seemed sad in class today. Not yourself. I wanted to see you smile." He rubs her hip softly, feeling her lean against him more.

"I...Just keep thinking about my parents is all," She says looking up at him, hoping that his beautiful eyes would have the answers that she so desperately needed.

"Well, how about right now, you don't think about anything except this." He whispers and leans down kissing along his neck slowly. "And what you want first." He smiles holding up some food. She makes a noise that says she agrees and takes the candy bar he's holding.

Ezra keeps kissing along her neck, sucking softly as she eats, his hands holding her tight. "Tonight, come to my place. Stay the night." Ezra offers.

"I'd like that." She smiles. "Thanks."

"Nothing to thank me for," Ezra says.

Aria turns around and kisses him soundly. "Everything to thank you for." She says against his lips.

Ezra nods slowly and presses kisses along her jaw and then kissing her again. "Come on, we only have a few minutes left," Ezra smiles. Aria nods slowly and rests against him more. Ezra holds her tight, running his hands up and down her back, it might have been a small gesture but he was glad it had her smiling, and tonight he'd make sure she smiled even more.
