How many times have I written this already? I don't own Harry Potter.

This is an alternative ending to Case 731; you must read that story first in order to understand this one!

"And that's how Harry Potter became a resident of this institution. He will most likely remain here for the rest of his life."

Dr. Riddle pressed the stop button on the recorder.

Now he just had to wait for Nurse Rowling to bring him the papers he asked for before he could retire for the night.

There was a light knock on his door.

"Tom, can I come in?" a female voice asked.

"Yes, Nurse Rowling, you may enter."

A smiling blonde woman entered.

"It's Tuesday, Tom. You see Harry today, remember?"

Riddle nodded.

"I wanted to make sure you were ready before I brought him in. I'll be right back, Tom." she gave his shoulder a pat and left.

Nurse Rowling led Harry Potter down the dreary, poorly lit corridor. It had rooms on both sides.

"So, how is Tom doing this week, Joanne?" Harry asked as they walked.

"Oh, he's the same as he was the last week, and the week before that, and every week for the past five years that you've been visiting him."

"I can't help but be cautious, Joanne. I've told you the whole story."

"Yes, Harry, I don't blame you for checking up on him every week."

"After all of his horcruxes were destroyed, he became insane. With no hope of him ever recovering, I just have to reassure myself that it's true after all the death and misery that he's caused. I need to know that everything is going to stay this way."

Nurse Rowling nodded in agreement as they reached Tom's room.

"You know, Harry, your life would make a great story."

Harry shrugged his shoulders, and opened the door to his former enemy's room.

There was a small desk in the corner, and several folders spread across it with the name 'Harry Potter' written on them. There was a small fake tape recorder on the desk also.

A thin, pale man was sitting on the floor playing with a small scarlet steam engine and a toy snake.

"Harry!" Tom's face lit up at the sight of the black haired man.

Harry turned back to the nurse, and said, "Yeah, it would make a great story."

Then he gave her a wink, entered Tom's room and shut the door behind him.

Nurse Joanne Rowling stood in front of the closed door, a grin spreading from ear to ear.

Author's note: Ok, this was written by my father, as a double twist. In this ending, Riddle is really the crazy one, and thinks he's a doctor that works in an institute where Harry was sent to. He believes that Harry is crazy, and the Wizarding world doesn't exist, and that Harry just made it up.

Harry didn't kill Riddle because after he destroyed all the horcruxes, Riddle was left completely insane, and posed no threat, and Harry couldn't just kill him, because Riddle didn't understand anything that was going on.

So Harry brought Riddle to this mental institute instead.

So, do you like this ending better, or the other one? I like them both, but I think I like this one a little bit better.

Oh, and what do you think of Nurse Rowling? *winks*

Ok, this is really long, so I have to stop writing now, but please review.
