Ichigo walked down the railroad, the rain flattening his orange hair. He check the time, 7:55, the train should be coming soon.
I miss you, baby . . .
He thought back to that fateful day, when Toshirou died. . .
They had been driving back from work, planning to watch a movie together. Suddenly, a truck had hit them on the drivers side, killing Toshirou instantly. Ichigo had woken up several days later, asking where Toshirou was. When he found out, he immediately threw everyone out of his room, and anyone else who dared enter.
The doctors let him out early, warning him to stay off his feet for a while.
Ichigo later found out that the two men in the truck, Ichimaru and Aizen, died on arrival, making him the sole survivor of that accident.
Why!?
Why had he survived when Toshirou died!?
The rails began to vibrate warning of a train coming.
It appeared around the corner, bearing down on Ichigo.
Soon, Shiro, we'll be together again.
Ichigo smiled and continue walking, never straying from the rails . . .
